    As at 26.09.26:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £210,560
    - OPs to mortgage = £20,180 Estd. interest saved = £10,393 to date
    c. 17 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 69 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 26th September. 
    Produce tracker: £329 of £400 in 2026

  • It's all got a bit convoluted @KajiKita, builder says he did it months ago and sent it to his contact who was meant to be sending it to warranty inspector and contact says he's done it and warranty inspector gave the impression he wasn't expecting anything else but warranty inspector was vague and quite rude throughout the process but tbf also quite on it with the requirements, and warranty provider are convinced they haven't received anything and that there's an enormous outstanding complex list.

    TL;DR Dunno. Will chase contact of builders tomorrow

    Oh lummee … That sounds like it needs a meeting with everyone at the same time and in the same room, with their laptops open in front of them, so a proper gap review can be done!
