I am so so pleased to hear that you have the consent, really hoping that the conditions aren't onerous.

I can't comment on the beer being a cider drinker but frustrating for the backword.

    We have planning permission! 💃💃💃

There is still a long list of conditions we have to get approved- some of which we previously submitted and got no bloody response from the bloody council- so it's still a tedious and not 100% guaranteed situation, but a yes rather than a no is A Very Good Thing
OH. MY. WORD. Happy Christmas indeed - that is BRILLIANT - I’m so pleased for you! 🥳🎊🎉

    FANTASTIC NEWS
Like the rest of team Tuppence I am so delighted for you.
there's lots to do but you've got the planning permission so all the next hurdles that you have to clamber over are actually moving you in the right direction.
I bet you can hardly believe it.

Wonderful news just in time for Christmas. I hope you can get the conditions sorted super fast and can get going.
  • Thank you @Sun_Addict @peb @EssexHebridean I am so pleased!
It's gonna be a tough fight to get all the ticks in the right places and an even tougher one getting the council to acknowledge them, and that's before we even think about the drama of building 😂😭

But it is such good news that we've been given the lifeline of it being possible *dislocates fingers crossing them so hard*

I hope they won't be too onerous @peb but previously applied for outstanding council consents include 'what are you putting in your planters'- to which the answer (that I was not allowed to send 😁) is 'whatever we damn well like, what business is it of yours what we have in containers on our private property'. So not looking forward to this next stage of battle but battle on we shall
  • Thanks @Blackcats Indeed I can hardly believe it and wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if this s*** council spent the next year or five making sure it doesn't happen!

Thank you @ladyholly I hope soooo

Yay, a Christmas miracle! I'm assuming that the person responsible for holding it up has started their Christmas holidays and that the rest of the team have said "Quick, shove this one through while "X" is away" 🤣
