Tbf BiL and SiL were trying to move in with a rapid turnaround time so they can be slightly forgiven, just felt like yet another disrespect at a time when things feel a bit sh*te

Not sulked in bed and read - rested and let my body have the time it needed to heal itself a little, while engaging my brain in a soothing activity to benefit my nervous system.

Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!2 -

Appointment including free exercise of steps up the tube escalators. Apparently you need to be a top level yoga practitioner to have a mammogram. I did not enjoy. But very relieved to have good news and no further action needed. Though they highlight the areas to examine in dashes in thick marker pen and I can't get them off so now my boob looks like a convict

Bit of build admin- Builder and SiL appear to have appointed someone to do the EPC without asking us and are saying they're trying to get build signed off by end of week, at which point we'd have to start paying council tax on a property that isn't ready to move into, so have politely said eff off and handed build over to Mr PIP with instructions to tell me when he runs out of mortgage money/needs me to deal with something I have more knowledge of/feels its his turn to have a small nervous breakdown and we need to swap. Just need to get the remaining materials list together tomorrow
