    Thanks for the suggestions.

Have called BS, they said I was probably locked out because I'd put my password in wrong three times. I'd only tried once (and I didn't put it in wrong). Such b*llshit.

Anyway, logged in and now panicking about how quickly our debt is going up

Is the asset (house) going up in value in relation to the debt ….? I suspect it is 😊

Then you get the satisfaction of working out how much of the house you own as you pay down the debt - I think we own about half of ours now, if you look at what we could sell it for.

Hopefully you have one of the ‘free half hour’ lawyers in your area?As you say, surely withholding your own financial information from youhas to be illegal?
Very best wishes with it all.

Thanks @liselle no need as we're back in the account now, just cross that they did it, combined with being cross that they're charging us the wrong higher interest rate, on top of being cross about their shoddy conduct throughout the entire process, so triply cross!

Have spent all day wondering where we can get 4k from so we can stop paying interest on the interest. This is still naively thinking that surely they'll sort out our interest rate soon and refund the difference. It is literally sickening seeing it go up instead of down
