Popped some bread over to mum
Mr PIP and I think we can get 2k together from odds and ends of savings accounts, might leave us a bit tight for a good while but I can't be paying interest on interest especially on a higher interest rate than was agreed!
We will then try to save and earn to cover the build bill deficit then hopefully be able to pay off the completion fee they added on to our mortgage so we can blimmin well stop paying interest on the interest from that too

Using up some quorn chicken sauce that mum made and said was bland and she wouldn't eat it. Nothing a bit of fajita seasoning in a wrap baked in cheese won't sort out I'm sure 🍻

Every time you find the odd few pence when out & about I wonder who on earth dropped it. I wouldn't be me because I would have picked it up. Then I remember being in a shop early morning when the teens were on their way to school & picking up snacks. KEEP THE CHANGE. I mean really!

Seasoning and cheese sounds like a perfect addition to any recipe 👌
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪1 -
Easy to say keep the change when you're young enough to not be paying your own bills @badmemory 😁
It was well nice @Rhyddid2026 @Sun_Addict will give mum a portion back
On having a quick look back over my diary to see if I missed anything I meant to remember this month, I see I swooned over the wrong person's chippy chips. I apologise to both @WelshmansDaughter and @Watty1. Chippy chips are an extremely important issue and an internal investigation will be undertaken.
I also see I'd forgotten all about the big plastic count starting this March!

Beer supplies needed @beanielou, thanks. Feel anxious about parting with 2k that was in our 'we're clearly going to need this for some next ludicrous build issue' back-up pot, but I feel even more fuming about the BS so decision made!
I presume a German beer festival? Or has he just gone out dressed like a pint 😁
