Oh I forgot, I did order a Christmas present- and promptly had it sent to an old address. Cue panic!
Big kudos to Superdrug who sorted it out quickly and without trouble, they will definitely be my first go-to for future relevant shopping.
What a (worryingly!) refreshing change for a company to just be helpful and easy to deal with. You can actually email them and everything 😍

Another one who favours Superdrug. As there's no actual SD shop within travelling distance, I do an online order a couple of times a year & find them brilliant to deal with.

Well done on spotting the incorrect address!  So annoying when you’ve just hit the button

I thought I had selected my current address but apparently not @lucielle!
It's not even an old address that would just be massively inconvenient but I could shamefaced ask people to help me out, it was so old I have no idea who lives there and it's miles away. Needless to say address has been changed on their site now

How blooming frustrating yet again on the build 😖

Great customer service from Superdrug though. I love their delivery service as you don’t need to spend much to get free delivery and it arrives super quick.

PiP - I take it that you are putting everything between yourselves and the builders in writing? I can really see you ending up with a dispute here, and keeping a paper trail could be vital to the outcome. In your shoes, even a telephone call would now be being followed up with a "Just confirming our earlier conversation when we agreed..." email!

That's brilliant service from SD - I feel for you though as I discovered a few days ago that one of the cards in my applepay wallet had reverted to the old address for some reason!
