😁 I didn't have to be today @KajiKita, was with a student with additional support requirements who was very pleasant and got on with the work, and asked if it would be me again next time which I'm hoping was a compliment rather than a worry!
Ach you need no discipline to do my situps, you simply lie on the floor and go 'ah its nice having a lie down innit' then you go 'I should probably sit up' then repeat a few times until you can't be ars*d or feel unfit and unavailable for insult. Do whenever in the day you can be bothered, the floor is always there3 -
Wussy sit-ups actually involve sitting up??I have been doing them sooo wrong.1
-
Gotta sit up at some point @Slowdown, how else you supping your wine and eating your food. Health first, you don't want a choking hazard!2

I find a lightly inclined sofa does the job with wine and food consumption. Though a crisp crumb laden bosom isn’t the best look.2

That is about it, period has kicked in and I was not feeling great! Sure I'll be somewhat revived by leftover cottage pie though 🍻3 -
Leftover cottage pie sounds like just the thing PiP - have a nice slow evening with that, a good book and a blanket - all the things you're convincing yourself you have to do will still be there tomorrow.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
