Our shower base came with a non-slip finish but after a few years it is now not as non-slip as it was. Not sure how long any non-slip ever lasts but it won't be forever!1

Hoping that there are other (nice) things in your weekend apart from taps and shower trays … ?

Brass or chrome??? Why not gold plated swans? If you are going to be awake thinking over taps really go mad!

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
Hi try ebay for your shower tray. Good luck V x1

Getting cut to size would be too expensive @WelshmansDaughter but you're right, we might need to just buy an anti-slip thing.
A good point @joedenise though would be nice to have a few years of it!
There is nothing but shower trays @KajiKita, shower trays are our life now
Oh my days @Watty1. It's gonna take a lot of surveys to raise £895 but needs must
Thanks @vampirotoothus, will try that if we really can't find anything the builder can get at trade prices1 -

Usuals
Small steps getting mum's paper, found two McMo tokens
Half wussy situps
Flat clean
Little carpet walk
Thought we'd found an effin shower tray but turns out the waste is in the wrong position 🙄
Sofa beer! 🍻4 -
I have an ugly anti slip mat for my shower so will be watching your progress closely for a more attractive option.

We've cracked and put the heating on 😭
Usuals
Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning 1k but I do also really want a boo box because I am easily swayed by cosy treats
Lots of steps with Mr PIP to get lipbalm from cheapest place.
We may have treated ourselves to a pub visit as we are having a determined day of doing absolutely nothing responsible or useful!
We may also have treated ourselves to a couple of aldi chocolate stouts at double the price of our usual beer, and a massive Jamaica ginger cake.
I am considering this my boo box 😂
Bit of build admin in the pub as the builders were messaging us, but we at least didn't do any of the big jobs, they will be done tomorrow!
Another extra bill because the awful architect specified unnecessary things that are locked into planning permission, but we should be able to cover it now and hopefully raise money for other things later
Dinner is leftover takeaway pizza 😊
Happy Sunday everyone 🍻6
