  • Thank you my lovelies, and I insist in a birthday queen regal manner that you have lovely Fridays and weekends too to help me celebrate!

Started the day with a greggs vegan sausage roll, thought I'd treat myself to that £1.30 spend though obvs used the cash from a sale last week 😁
Also picked up a greggs and a Costa free sweet treat for me and Mr PIP

Enjoy every moment of your 72 hour celebration.  Obvs 72 hours is a minimum time and longer celebrations are appropriate too.

  • Thank you @rachmac3 @foxgloves (and Soot & Ash) and @Blackcats 😊🥂

    Busy day yesterday;

    Popped over to mums

Picked up a letter that had been sent to old address from Octopus saying they'd reactivated the account there in my name. Despite them telling me a few days ago that they'd deleted all connection with my name and not-my-account. I absolutely hit the roof and emailed them telling them they're a disgrace. But in a birthday-y way obvs

Got payslip so can see that I'm allowed my earnings!

Got paid for a client job so shares to tax pot, current account, flat pot. Think I have enough saved for Mr PIP's birthday now🤞

Walk with Mr PIP to and from birthday drinks.

Meant to be 34 degrees in London today! Take care out there everyone...

I think you should start going to a consumer champion about octopus - maybe the guardian?

Hoping it doesn’t distract you too much from your celebrations 😊🥳🎊🎉

I find it bizarre you’re having so many problems with them, I’m with them and always found the customer service excellent.  Have you tweeted - I find that helps company’s focus 🤣 another thought - we have 2 organisations here that advocate for people on PIP / DLA

  • I am baffled as to how they score so highly @dawnybabes! They've been consistently awful, they were awful to my friend when her mum died, and we were complaining about them last night and another friend's mum has been having infuriating problems with them too. They are banned from the potential providers to the build utilities list!

Tbh I just want this issue to go away now, I do not have the physical or emotional energy to engage any further with their tw*ttery. Hopefully in a week they will have replied appropriately and resolved the situation 🙏

They most certainly will not be allowed to interefere with birthday celebrations @KajiKita 😁

  • I’d definitely go down the route of a data protection complaint

  • We are well into the complaint stages @in_need_of_direction, this is them supposedly having sorted it all out 😂 😭

Am sending calm 'please let this be resolved properly very soon' vibes to the universe
