  • He is so good isn't he @doingitanyway. Do you put books in your guests bedroom or leave them around to be accessed? I always wish I'd booked longer in places I stay through airbandb when they have tempting novels I could do in a week but not a few days

Thank you @redofromstart, I'm having a lovely time, and trying to start my new age year by saying 'no thank you' to persistent stressy thoughts. Won't last long but maybe some neural pathways can be redirected to pleasanter places!

Could we stretch this to a birthday week???
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
  • Heck yes @Watty1, have a vicarious birthday week with me where we are only allowing the nice things
