I think of your abject objection to beans and egg on the same plate literally every single time I have this meal @Blackcats 😂1 -

Still just doling out all our rapidly dwindling life savings and earnings to various companies and 'professionals' you're amazed are allowed shoelaces let alone important qualifications @Sun_Addict but gotta be in it to win it! Or lose absolutely everything, but let's not dwell on that 👀😂0

Amazing but a lot of Americans go to Hungary for their dental work. The American Embassy actually keeps a list for those who are planning on coming of the recommended dentists. You can even arrange dental tours over there and combine sightseeing with the dental work. And considering the costs of dental work here, it is cheaper than having it done locally. I considered at one point myself - but now I have no teeth left so it wouldn't work. My sister and her boyfriend go to Mexico to have work done. When I did have teeth, I would go to dentists in Utah as it was cheaper there and I could spend a week doing genealogy at the same time. Hotel even provided me with ice packs for using at the genealogical library.1

That happens here too, @weenancyinAmerica, although it's often dental trips to Turkey for implant work, which is expensive here as available privately only.

Steps to Dr's. Had to wait 25 minutes for the appt I've been waiting weeks for, to be informed they also haven't received the hysteroscopy results after over two months.
At least my Dr and I get along well so it was nice to see her!
Out at mum's choir thing tonight which will be pleasant although I could do with not having more steps in this mugginess, and then it's meant to be raining when we're walking back 😁3 -

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
Absolutely @Watty1, despite its failings the NHS is pretty hot on getting in touch with people if there's a result that needs to be urgently followed up on, it was just a bit annoying dragging my tired body there to sit in an airless waiting room with loud children for half an hour for nothing. Ah well, I got some extra steps in!3
