No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Email 1 said refund but not how much and I thought how nice and honest. 5 hours later (5.14pm) Email 2 said sorry, sent in error. They still have my vote though because they were by miles the most helpful insurer for me.

Cleaned under toaster and microwave. Absolutely shameful amount of crumbs but should keep the local birds fed for the rest of the month!

Refund 8.50 to mothers day pot
Quidco 1.14, vinted 10, topcashback 7.53 to flat pot
Got paid for research panel, sent to current account to bulk that up a bit more
Prepped sauce for dinner, kidney bean and pepper in a tomato sauce wraps
