  • Haha, I love him @WinterWarrior
That is very trustworthy of you investing in a classic timepiece! My approx £100 isn't going to buy me a Tag Heuer but hopefully a nice pair of earrings can be found 😊

15 minute walk getting some olio bread

Was messaging with my friend about Octopus who are still messing her around about her mum's account. Her mum died a year and a half ago. I am honestly in shock that they consistently get good ratings

Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning a year of beer and/or a case of wine

Lunch was a mse leftover baked potato from last night

One hour walk, shoulders and hips not overjoyed but step count is happy
    Found one McMo token

Having a couple of camra discount beers with Mr PIP and some work/chill time

Dinner is Aldi pizza and salad

Ooh and we got an actual acknowledgement of our email to council chief exec (after three/two weeks) so hopefully we'll hear back properly soon. I expect it'll be of no use whatsoever but after nearly half a decade of nonsense we get excited by an acknowledgement of email now 😁
Nice to know one of the chief exec's staff was able to temporarily escape their phone-less and email-less office too

Perhaps the council plug in a phone and fire up their wi-fi connection for a few hours on the 4th Thursday of a 5 Thursday month?
I hope you hear from them soon with a good news update.

  • I did an interim at a local council (never again!) and that once a month checking of emails does reflect my memories of the chief execs team.

  • The 29th end of game is so looming @WelshmansDaughter, what are we to do with ourselves?! Make sure to use any food ones you have before then, I have a few that need utilising

    Cheers @Blackcats

Aw that sounds nice @dawnybabes, things that bring a smile on a regular basis are how an inheritance should be spent (if someone has a roof over their head lined up 👀 😁)

We're delighted with this email after three weeks contacting one address and two weeks contacting another @redofromstart, which is a very depressing indication of the state of affairs! Obviously the planning department are too important to be contactable and probably even the best wifi doesn't reach up to the lofty heights 'pon which they dwell

  • There is a mcd hot drink with my name on it this morning PiP.

    Very small tidying

30 minute walk making a tenner for the flat pot flogging some old costume jewellery, which was very brave of me as I was weirdly nervous.
Think it was a combination of including some of my dad's bits, feeling like I was going to be judged, and an unknown venue and scenario. Anyway, not tons of money but it all adds up and I'm pleased with myself for going

20 minute walk getting McMo fruit bag and aldi pasta for dinner

Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning 1k and some sparkling wine please

Started on cleaning mums while she's away

6 minute carpet walk to round up the number

Domestic bits like washing up, watering plants, changing the towels

    Knackered now!

Are there any good shows on prime that are the first/only series of six episodes of half an hour?!
