Woken up in the middle of the night by period pains.
Wisdom tooth wobbly.
Exhausted and sore.
So not a very productive day but managed:

Chased hospital trust
Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning a 1.5k Sainsers voucher but a three night countryside stay would be lovely
Also entered some competitions by post and did a 35 minute walk
And that is my lot for today! Mr PIP is using up the rest of the spuds and making us wedges with omelette for dinner, and I am going to sit on my backside with a glass of wine and moan 😁

Slept without being woken by period pains, hurrah.
Hospital trust got back and said as I'd sent bank details they'd transfer it instead of sending a cheque, which is a relief (if they actually do it) but still p*ssed me off that their standard procedure, after a three year complaints process and them then missing the deadline to pay, was to choose to add another couple of weeks on. Anyway, hopefully they'll sort it this time...
Ignoring wobbly wisdom tooth as I simply do not have the mental bandwidth available to deal with it.

My spider plant is flowering, which apparently is reasonably rare and means they're very happy, so I'm a proud plant mama 😁
Laundry
25 min walk, found 2p and four McMo tokens
Receipt survey
30 minute carpet walk
Since I've been very good at not spending money this week, 20 minute walk taking myself to local pub garden on the condition I do some spec work while there! Blissful solitude and nice saying hello to pub mates and I did do some work.
Cashed in a survey points doodah for a £5 Sainsers voucher so will get us their pizza deal for our Friday night dinner
Hope everyone has a good Friday evening, and if you're not looking forward to it, spend the time working out how to turf the aspect that is vampiring joy from your life (unless it's dealing with a council planning department, in which case have a large glass of wine and try very hard not to graffiti your grievances on the town hall)

Oh blooming ‘eck 😞
I had a cactus that flowered which was rare apparently. It was around 35 years old at the time and originally belonged to Mr SA’s grandfather. We still have its offspring.I think in my case it’s Mr SA vampiring joy from my life. Unfortunately no solution to that 🙁I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2 -
Cacti flowering are such a joy aren't they @Sun_Addict! Hopefully your offspring cactus will flower when it's ready. I have one that flowers very briefly once a year if it's happy, I always used to send a picture to my Dad so he could share in the delight. Hope it flowers again next year, but it's been lugged around so much it may be waiting until it has a settled home (ain't that a metaphor 😁).
Ah mate, I'm so sorry Mr SA is vampiring joy from your life. Without wishing to be grim, have you given thought to what both your future needs and abilities will be and when might be wise to start transitioning to a different way of living?
Since you're of an age to be counting down to retirement and he's of an age and state where falls might become more frequent on top of his incapacity falls and his manipulative falls, would splitting your households so he can be somewhere safer and you can be safer not having to physically deal with a much larger person be a good idea soonish, regardless of how guilty you might feel?
