One hour walk with Mr PIP using our vouchers for essentials so that's a few more quid off the I.O.ME amounts
So achey today, highlight of Saturday was when we got back and I sat down!
Mr PIP is out seeing his friends this evening, so I can go anywhere, see anyone, do anything...
I'm going to flake out on the sofa and consume wine and pasta and chocolate and do very little indeed 🥂

Sounds like a great evening to me 🍷I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Mr PIP already has @beanielou but thank you for the suggestion. It's just one of the inevitable poignant sadnesses. We got a lovely card from the vets today saying 'we could see she was such an important part of your family and will be greatly missed' and nine staff members have signed it and they included a packet of forget me not seeds and her pawprints and it has made me cry quite a bit!5

Oh that's horrible @beanielou, I'm so sorry. As @WinterWarrior said before, I'm sure our furry family members know we did our best for them, and go onto the next adventure with all that love even though it hurts us terribly1

Half wussy situps
Shower and hairwash
Comping
Wearing a gorgeous vintage yellow dress with rustic floral print that is very mse as I nabbed it off mum 😁
30 minute walk dropping off a vinted sale, found some plant pots, two rolls of lint tape and two posh looking little bottles of hand gel
Few vinted listings
Flat clean with Mr PIP including the litter tray
Prepped a lentil shepherds pie with Mr PIP, which will be dinner tonight then we'll have a portion each for an easy-to-quickly-warm dinner this week while family friends are here
A few more Vinted listings
Someone bought the unopened bag of cat litter we listed for a tenner off so that's still a good £15 back in Mr PIPs pocket
Definitely sofa time now!

Sounds like a very productive day. Do you think you’ll get another cat at some stage?I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Hopefully all progress @Sun_Addict, it would be nice to have a regular loafing and relaxing day but maybe if we're better off in the future!
🤞🤞🤞
No plans to get another cat in the foreseeable, as above, maybe when we're not incessantly striving and saving all the time in the hope of ever having a home of our own... But having said that, cats tend to turn up in your life and there's nothing you can do about it in my experience 😂
