Spec work on and off all day
Shower and hairwash
While other survey providers are frantically bombarding people's inboxes trying to be the first with the important election insights, Norstat is asking the questions that really matter today- what seven qualities do you look for in a laundry basket
Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning 1k but I'd also like a case of English wine please
Waved off family friends, they're back in a few weeks, all was fine
Mr PIP has ordered the basic brackets and
we've got a date in the diary for mum's thank you meal out, so that's a couple of things from the July Aims in progress
20 minute walk dropping off more fabrics recycling. Spent the last of my M&S voucher on some craft beer for me and Mr PIP
Bits and bobs including a quarter wussy situps
20 minute walk with Mr PIP for a stroll and beer in the sun before settling down to the election coverage despite knowing full well nothing of import will happen before 2am at the earliest (although I am mildly obsessed about seeing if Sunderland declare first 😁)
Dinner is pizza but at least it's Aldi own brand and not the same thing from another store for £3+ more or takeaway!
Annoyingly my joints have got progressively worse throughout the day so having done reasonably well with productivity, exercise and f&v portions today, I have no qualms about having an evening of comforting junk food. Mr PIP got us some minstrels which I'm very excited about
Tons of electiony work to do tomorrow so hopefully I'll feel a bit more energetic and capable!
Hope everyone is happy with their constituency result when it comes in. Regardless of whether results work out how we'd like them to, and despite the unsavoury mud-slinging and dishonesty in politics and media, aren't we fortunate to live in a (mostly) peaceful (mostly) democracy2 -
I’m excited about your minstrels too….i hope it’s a sharing bag size 😅Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I know a hint when I hear one @WinterWarrior *sends some over* 😁
The coverage is already getting on my nerves @ladyholly, I'd forgotten how annoying I find exit poll speculation! Might follow Mr LH's lead and have a kip until facts occur...
(After I find out if Sunderland get their results in first- Mr PIP and I have got a 50p bet on between ourselves so it'll be mse for one of us 😂)

Having a couple of beers with Mr PIP and a best friend after work, we've got a bar tab voucher to spend so just tube fares to pay and coming back will be out of peak times.
It is rammed in Westminster as you'd expect but everyone who's out is in very good spirits 😁
Have a lovely Friday evening all!
