Shoulder aside that’s sounds like a very successful day indeed 👏I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Apart from the shoulder that's been a good day - streets paved with pennies, cava multiplying in transit, spare tax money and HA money.
What a great start to the new tax year!2 -

Well aren't YOU just on a roll then?! (Don't *actually* roll though - it will hurt your shoulder!) That's great all round - and 6 bottles of cava is most definitely not to be sniffed at (the bubbles would go up your nose, anyway) either!
Absolutely delighted to hear so much cheerful news - even your pavement-pennies are conspiring in your favour - I found 5p yesterday, but just to make you properly jealous, MrEH found a tenner! (Just in a bid to completely put my poor little 5p in its place, clearly!) Absolutely no sign of who might have dropped it either! (If ever he finds notes, he always makes a point of walking on a few steps having picked it up, then standing at a discreet distance waiting to make sure nobody comes back in an obvious panic!)
We're off to the pub briefly after work this evening, so those CAMRA vouchers will again be making an appearance with us!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Oh that was definitely me who dropped that tenner @EssexHebridean, y'know, outside the place at the time it was 😁 Enjoy the beers, good work on using up the vouchers!
Well yesterday was obviously too good a day so to balance it out I'm in loads of pain today and grumpy about the lack of income and the lack of build progress.
Also a bit grumpy as there are social/work drinks happening this evening and I just can't justify stretching my budget to go, especially as I'm going to Mr PIPs this weekend and will need to pay fares etc.
But I'm also probably too sore and worn out to go so no point being huffy about it. Still having a bit of a sulk though.
Things I've done so far:
Admin
Tidying
Tiny bit of work
Comping
A nectar survey in my desperation
Opinium survey
Things I need to do:
Gentle sink wash
At least a small walk
At least small mse related things
Things that would be good to do:
Prep dinner using older veg
Medium sized mse related things
More steps
Things that are unlikely:
Everything on the list that's been there for ages that are getting on my nerves but I seem to have developed an aversion towards
Might have to do some 'productive reading' sessions in between small activities3 -
That's brilliant that the cava increased in transit! You'll be able to have a great drink when you and Mr Pip move into your friend's flat!
I only really enter comps for things like cash, wine, beer, holidays and SM vouchers! Can't see any point in entering comps where I don't even want the prize and I certainly only do the free online ones!1 -

Well done on your winnings 😊 I am also impressed that you have Easter chocolate left. I ate my one and only egg the Friday before Easter Sunday 🫤0
-
Completely counts as the Easter weekend @CRANKY40
It was Mr PIP spotting the bargainous creme eggs that have kept us in Easter stock, I love them but even I can't get through 20 in a short time! Although I do still have a small buttons Easter egg that I keep forgetting about as it's not in the usual chocolate place. Might open that this evening as my 'sorry you're sore' gift to myself3 -
Washed, did a 20 minute walk, cashed in lottery ticket, money to flat pot. Found a book
Leg pelvic join came out of place so that was a bit ouch, seems to have eased itself back into place but body very tender and sore and not best pleased
Small bits off the list including:
Weekly coop receipt survey
Miniscule bit of work
Taking pics of comp win to send to promoter
Looking for 3x5 sized cards to enter a competition for free. I'm sure I used to have a stack. I no longer appear to have a stack
Money doings with the £250 from housing association=
£90 mum birthday pot
£100 next year's LISA pot
£10 flat pot
£50 more mum birthday pot. Adding a bit more in here towards a meal now there's an opportunity to do so, so I don't leave myself short. If there's any left over it can go into the flat pot or current account
I have not done more steps or achieved any great successes off the to-do list but it's not like they haven't been transferred to other days to-do lists so they are in progress, of a sort 😁
Mum has volunteered to make cauliflower cheese for dinner so I'll crack open one of my winning cavas as a thanks
Productive and not productive reading will be taking place this evening
Hoping my body bucks it's ideas up before I have to mission it and my suitcase alone across London tomorrow!
