New restrictions at a Bury retail park - no parking at all after certain times now.(presumably the sign was damaged in the corner in transit or something).
Get your telescopes out.
Apparently loads of people are now receiving PCNs and are wisely contacting the landowner who is helpful, but irritated. He's cancelling all he can.
Did Group Nexus install temporary signage advising of the change in T&Cs for 4 months? Of course not.
Entrance signage still says simply "3 hours maximum parking".
Sign is clearly a breach of the CRA.

Savills are the MA, and they’ve almost always been extremely helpful in getting PCNs cancelled on behalf of customers using car parks they are overseeing. The only question I have in the back of my mind is, if they try to cancel almost every PCN they receive complaints about, why do they even bother having this repulsive private parking scamdustry on their properties?
