Surprised to find Arbroath's newest retail park (Dundee Rd) has parking time restrictions. Seems shortly after opening owner Home Bargains had to apologise to customers, get PE to cancel PCNs issued and change times on their signs so they matched with stores opening hours. What a blunder the two of them made.
Original sign with wrong times and today's sign with correct times.
Like other PE signs £100 readable but nothing readable about additional charges.

Almost a year after Horizon took over from APCOA at Tesco Hove, changed the 3 hours overnight (end of August) down to 2 hours and silently changed the inner car park signs, plugged back in/updated the VRM 'kiosks' (that always stood outside but hadn't been in use since 2020) Horizon have FINALLY replaced the missing entrance sign:
I went with my friend today, who lives there and she'd just spoken to the CS girl, who confirmed they had utterly drowned in complaints and she mentioned that Horizon had put up an A board outside too:
All done "today" according to the CS staff. Only 10 months late! THERE WERE NO ENTRANCE SIGNS AT ALL UNTIL TODAY.The BPA must be so proud.

I just remembered this from outside a Premier Express in Bletchley. There's about 4 spaces in front of the shop, but 5 minutes maximum stay seems a bit unrealistic.

Note the extra charges for debt and credit cards over the phone on both signs.

Is that entrance signage actually visible with it being parallel to the road? I've seen some that are only visible to exiting traffic.
