Threads like the Easy Access Savings Discussion are now over 1500 pages long. Would be good to find posts about a specific bank in that lot.
EDIT: E.g. searching for tandem in the Easy Access Savings Discussion thread gives this:
Click on the bit that says "344 results" and you get this:
You can then sort this from oldest to newest or vice versa if you want by clicking "best match" and selecting the relevant option.
EDIT again: This function was available before the recent updates to the forum so isn't anything new.

OK, at the risk of possibly saying something positive about the changes - gulp! As I slagged off the awful search facility in a previous comment, I thought, maybe I should try it out, in the unlikely event that they finally improved it. And...I think they might have done that. I just searched on something, then sorted the results into "Newest first", and it seemed to have done what I asked it to do.
Now then, remember, I'm rubbish at the tech bits, so I might've just got lucky and it still might be awful. Also, it could be they fixed it a while ago. I gave up with the search months ago, so haven't tried it for ages.

On both of these, within a thread I can see at least 5-8 posts depending on length, without scrolling.
With this new forum layout I can see 1-2 posts only, even if they're just a line or two in length due to huge swathes of white everywhere and very large allocations to background details such as the user who is posting and what time they posted at etc.
Having to scroll back and forth so much is irratating and disorienting when you're trying to follow through a detailed chat.
edit: Just to get to this feedback section fr'instance takes about 8 scrolls.
If you're on the category page here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories
Then until you start scrolling, I can only see 1 (1!) category in full (credit cards) and half of the next category (loans). I mean, this just can't be right.0 -
Someone mentioned it further up but I've already accidentally hit "report" twice when trying to quote someone. It definitely needs moving across to the right-hand side.0

Disappointed to discover that the bug where the cursor gets stuck in the quoted text section hasn't been fixed with the new update, especially as this bug was specifically mentioned as having been addressed with the recent (but subsequently aborted) forum update.
(For info - this occurs when you quote someone, start to type a reply, change your mind and delete what you've written. When you delete the first character of your reply, the cursor then jumps to the quote text box and you can't click to get it back out, meaning you then have to manually delete everything and start again)8 -
Tried the Followed Content buttons on two boards that I usually read, in the hope of reducing the number of clicks, but it appears you can't do that unless you also agree to be notified of new posts.Had to set up 2 bookmarks in the browser (rather than only one as was) just to get to where I want to be quickly.0

Just so much easier to navigate and read.

Like many others, hate it. I read the forum daily, but don't always log in, so obviously only look at the threads I am interested in, notice that e.g. click on Energy and you see all the sub threads, but it is only the current days' postings that have the date, previous days' used to have date and time of last posting which I think is helpful. Please MSE listen to users this time, as last time no action was taken on what people disliked.0

Now everyone has provided their feedback, please could we get an acknowledgement from the MSE staff as to which issues are going to being addressed?11
