It's only bearable because I have favourite boards and followed threads that have transferred across. Can't see any obvious place to add boards to my favourites, which now seems to be renamed 'followed content'I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I volunteer to help get your forum questions answered and keep the forum running smoothly. Forum Ambassadors are not moderators and don't read every post. If you spot an illegal or inappropriate post then please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com (it's not part of my role to deal with this). Shockingly bad. Way too bright and too much wasted white space.
A massive step backwards.Check out my Ultimatcher41 -
May I suggest that MSE get a group of say 10 users (from this board), sit down in a room and come up with a user interface that works within the constraints of what the software package can do. Then make the changes (MSE), test them (the group of 10) and then roll out.1

Can't find the favourite Boards button ? Hate the new layout - anyone would think the site is designed to sell stuff rather than be the home of a helpful forum !!0

Too much white space, hurts my eyes and isn't nice to use. Text too large so not a great experience on the mobile phone. I actually don't want to scroll and read any posts now for fear of a headache.
Notification bar at bottom of phone screen has gone. All around poor. Shouldn't have changed what was a great forum.
I'll probably only log in now to see the best savings rates as I can't cope with too much time on here with the site like this.0 -
Far too much white space on a desktop and iPad and line lengths too long to read comfortably compared to previous. I suspect the main driver for new design is for mobile phone use. I’ve seen this redesign many times on other forums, opinions are asked for, requested changes within the new format are rarely acted upon. Time will move on and users will just have to get used to it I’m afraid."All lies and jest, still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest”1

Has it turned out that all those 'negative' comments expressed before the roll-out have been justified...?
A number of posters commented on the use of emojis as a way of rewarding people on certain threads that have targets - I hope they are not disappointed with this new forum.0 -

There is just scroll up, scroll down.
Even the hamburger menu does not have Followed Content.
Easy enough to find on MacBook though, so I know the Quick Links that you are referring to.0
