F - we may have come to a temporary solution to ease our financial worries slightly, just some final bits to work out but fingers crossed for a bit of relief...! I've had 2 NSDs so far this month, wonder if I will manage 15!L - slowly slowly slowly doing bits around the house and garden to create a nicer environment. Sorted out a Pile Of Doom this morning and chipping away at the huge mountain of washing.O - I've sold a few baby bits online and used that money to get some food shopping. Going around the house finding whatever I can to sell now. Also had a few pending cashback amounts through this week, which is nice.T - I'm definitely eating less, making marginally better choices but I'm still struggling to make the time to prioritise my workouts. There's just so much that needs doing!S - I was falling asleep on the sofa at about 8pm last night so took myself and the baby off to bed, don't think I actually got to sleep until 10pm in the end. Maybe one of these days I'll have an actual early night.A - today I am grateful for free outgrown baby clothes from a friend, the chance to sit and write this with a hot chocolate while baby naps, and getting time to wash my hair this morning.M - sorting out everyone's clothes: now I've picked up some 9-12 month clothes from a friend, I can get on with washing all the 6-9 month clothes ready for storage and passing on. Preparing and organising for our first proper holiday: booked the first hotel using some Expedia member benefits and cashback. Getting the credit cards transferred: the total amount and monthly payments have been agreed, just need OH to double check his bills to ensure we can afford the repayments.Make £2025 in 2025 #18 - £569.66/£2025

A Gentle Reminder
Listen up. You are valid. You deserve kindness and respect. You deserve rest and nourishment. You deserve to be seen and loved and heard. You deserve laughter and delight. You may not always have these things but you are always, ALWAYS worthy of them. Remember and try to steer your lifeboat towards them.

Not a lot done yesterday. I got myself downstairs but then was reluctant to get off the sofa. I was trying to work out how I could go shopping (3 shops in the town centre in a straight line, so possibly a taxi). I had a long list including more bandages (crepe and support), turmeric and black pepper tablets not capsules (cousin had got them from Home Bar--- not H & B and realised ours should finally have reopened and some garden stuff. thought they might have the bandages and the next shop up is a pharmacy (different branch of the one at the infirmary where I got the other bandages and they also had large tubes of antiseptic cream)
Deleted some emails and looked at some sale offers. Wilk0 had a sale (about a third off and a code for 10% off with free delivery over £100). They had the bandages but only in store. however I jotted down several items I was interested in. Realised that I couldn't even get to the library to take books back (one trip and one trip only to the bins). I managed some tidying and other bits but was glad to get back upstairs. Later I set to with my list and ordered from W including some telescopic loppers (to tackle the branches of next door's weed trees without going up a ladder, new washing line (with a steel core) and a garden umbrella (no that's not an essential but I used the one at mum's a lot to shade the area I was working in) so I got my discount. I did look at garden trolleys and pot movers (a sort of dolly one but with grabbers to hold the pot rim) but left them where they were.
I ordered from another supplier to get the bandages and turmeric pills and I also retrieved the last bandages I used from the washing pile and hand washed them and left them over the bathroom towel rail for this morning. The W's order will arrive next Monday or Tuesday and the medical bits some time today. I may go back and buy one of the material wraps that velcroes around the ankle and foot as even with the ankle firmly strapped up, it's aching and quite painful (painful is when I yelp involuntarily). I was worried that it might make my ankle lazy but I really need some stronger support if I'm going to get things done (and I do need to get things done even just a bit at a time). I've done more trips to the bins but have more to do. My parcel went on a van at 11.30 am so I'm staying on the couch to wait for it (that's my excuse anyway).
Will try to get to the library if my parcel gets here before 3 pm.
Grateful for working on moving my foot and ankle in different ways (exploring the limits), getting lots of stuff out to the bins (when I was stuck on the couch I kept grabbing their empty take away bags and stuffing them full of any rubbish I could reach, Sister Boniface (the plots are getting dafter by the minute) and my book7 -
Parcel now rescheduled for between 3.15 pm and 5.15 pm. I could have walked from St Helen's in less time (in the days when I could walk). Can I get to the library and back or should I just concentrate on getting the rubbish out?8

Grandmanerd - Slow down and take all the help you can get..
Smaller walk today and back before the children were leaving for school. Not a lot but it really does all help'
Haven't done lots but I did put up a towel rail in the bathroom which has been there for ever waiting for "someone else to do it".
It's getting really hot now so I'll have dinner, water the plants and go off to bed with my book.
Bit of a scary day tomorrow but I'm sure it will be fine. xxxHave adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.9 -

My idea to introduce a daily cleaning routine is not going to fly. It’s too much to fit into my already busy days. And when I don’t do the things in one of my ‘plans’, it makes me feel like a failure. Back to the drawing board.Grateful today for sunshine, for selling an item online for a whole £10(earning the big bucks now!), for confirmation that employer is giving 5% pay increase, for tidying away the clothes mountain, for getting the chance to drop off CS bag, for finding a lovely mug in the CS for 50p, for chat with a nice (tipsy) lady in the CS, and for decaf tea before early to bed (routine 6-month MRI scan tomorrow).
