Is it too late to send an ASR to UKPC and CDB ?  I haven't done that and reading similar threads on CDB matter, all recommended SAR first..
Not in UKPC/DCB Legal cases. As the DCB Legal Particulars of Claim (POC) are shoddy template generalisations with no indication of the specifics of the defendant's 'crime', advice is not to seek clarification via a SAR, so, in knowing no detail, the defendant is much freer to defend purely against the POC given on the court claim form.
    I have received it yesterday.
Do you mean your very own N180 from the CCBC, or the one you received from DCB Legal?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

OK, thanks. Complete it, return to the CCBC by email, and email a copy to DCB Legal.

You will probably find that the layout and content of some of the questions are different to the example in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post. If that is the case, there's further advice in the following thread:

I do not need an interpreter, but English is my second language. Does it count as a vulnerability in comparison to their representative as they use all the legal/political terms/jargon ?

-- needless to say that I am hoping that I won't ever need to attend any hearing , but just in case!

There won't be a hearing. They'll discontinue just before, if this is about a single PCN.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We'll get to the end of my daft questions soon, promise !!

Have now downloaded the new N180 form to complete digitally, however since I've received an N180 Form in the post with the Northampton CCBC stamp on top of the first page

    a) Do they accept a digital return from me? If I only type in [ Northampton CCBC ] in the box?
    b) Do I get to nominate a court anyways?
    c) Print(Type in) my name as signature on the digital version is acceptable /
    d) They have put the court Mail address on the covering letter for me to file it with the court -- can I still go with the Email ( ccbc@justice.gov.uk)?

How to file a DQ is described in detail in the opening post of the Template Defence thread.

Here are a few paragraphs from that checklist...
The email address to use is spelt out in item 4 on that checklist.
