DCB Legal - Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track - re parking ticket from Aug2019

You must immediately write to DCB Legal to inform them that as they have confirmed in writing that this case is closed (as instructed by their client), should they continue to proceed with this claim, you will bring to the Judge's attention this wholly unreasonable behaviour in them still attempting to sue you, and seek costs against them on that basis. In addition you are currently constructing a complaint to the Solicitors' Regulation Authority to bring to their attention the unacceptable action of DCB Legal. You expect a written confirmation of the discontinuation of this claim within 48 hours (8 June 2023).

And ..... cut out the 'Kindest Regards' luvvy duvvy stuff. This is a formal court claim against you. It requires formal business style responses - 'Dear Sirs/Yours faithfully'. Nothing else! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No. It needs a quite separate and very formal communication - this is serious stuff. Still continue with your standard DQ completion, but that's a separate communication.SPRING2023 said:

@Umkomaas, I think there are two separate cases here. This thread is about a different claim. The claim referred to above was referenced in the thread but is not the claim that is under discussion. Then again, I could be wrong... what do I know?Umkomaas said:

I think you are right @B789. I think the OP was referring to what happened with her husbands case?B789 said:

Perhaps @SPRING2023 could clarify!3 -
You are correct. the email thread was about my husband case which was identical to mine in terms of the date/time/ defence statement and evidences - I included the email thread to show how quickly they closed his case but dragged my case .B789 said:

I thought @Umkomaas meant for me to use that as an example, their way of dealing with my husband's case as a throw back?Boat_to_Bolivia said:
