Just read the info about N180 DQ stage in the NEWBIES thread, plus read the thread we already have (easy to search for) about the new Questions in the DQ.  Please no more posts about the new questions...!

The template defence sticky thread (first 12 steps) already tells you which email address to use for your DQ and it's not what you posted.

So long as you put in all the relevant facts about your lease and right to peaceful enjoyment and there is nothing in your lease that says anyone can come along and charge you for the privilege, you can expand upon it, with evidence, in your witness statement.

It was my old residency address, we moved out 6 months after that PCN incident - I am not even sure if I have a copy of our tenancy agreements for all those years. We submitted the same defence statement (word by word) for my husband's UKPC/DCB   case -- luckily his case was dropped by DCB legal shortly after we sent the photos - but for me they jumped to emails of ' Without prejudice....  without even asking for seeing photos.

Thanks for your support - this was our defence statement submitted on Money Claim Online:

Dear Sirs, 

I was a resident of .................................. from 28th 

February 2005 until the 28th March 2020. During this period of 

residency I would park in the resident car park which required a 

permit which was given to us every year by the letting agents. I 

always displayed this in my car when leaving it in the car park. 

On this particular occasion the permit was visible in the car and 

I had parked it legally within the permitted space. On return a 

ticket was issued to me. On receipt of this I telephoned the 

office and spoke to the warden and he told me to call the PCN 

office and explain the circumstances to them. I did this and was 

told it would be resolved. Due to this I did not follow this up as 

I thought the matter was closed. Unfortunately, this has not been 

the case as I have now received this claim. I do hold a photo of 

the car, the permit and the ticket which I will send to you. This 

shows the day the ticket was issued and the time the photo was 

taken. This is on our iCloud back up. Please could you let me know 

what I need to do to resolve this matter which has now been 

escalated to you. I am unable to copy or attach the photo I hold. 

Please let me know how I can send this to you.

And in the meantime, please read IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN in the second post of the NEWBIES thread so you know when to send your witness statement and evidence bundle to your local court and the claimant's Solicitors.

We will be able to help you with that bundle.

Then they'll discontinue if it's DCBLegal.

I have not sent my N180 yet ( deadline is 9th June )  - been poorly - 

Have completed and checked it over and over today -  will submit it tomorrow during working hours  to CCBCAQ , copying the advised statement for 'NO to hearing on Papers' . 
 
I've done a lot of reading through MSE and also the next steps that you just suggested - will read it again!

can't stop re-visiting the recommended threads and also the old cases … getting obsessed as well as distressed, but hey, got to go through it and win it! it's life! 

I'd like to say how much I truly appreciate all the support and guidance that I get here from you guys, every single comment is a new hope!
