    Hi everyone

    Just a quick update-

    Received the hearing date letter dated 29 Jan 2024 - the date given is November 2024

    followed by a letter from DCB Legal dated 31st Jan 2024 saying their client may be prepared to make an offer to conclude this matter and asking me to phone them asap to discuss the settlement.

    Of course they want to settle, they don't want to go to court.
    YOU IGNORE THE LETTER, they think you are a mug

    Be patient and wait for them to discontinue
