Sorry for the confusion! my bad!

On the opening post I explained how we both received a Claim Form , and how each of them escalated … I did my best to list the incidents/letters/emails etc ...

Then only after I posted my defence statement for more clarity, I enclosed the email thread re my husbands case - mentioned it there as well that is his -  to show the different reaction to the same defence statement for two cases.

(In my little head I was thinking that if I go to court , I will use his case as a cover/example/evidence on how shabby DCB L is )

    Apologies again!

But your case won't go to a hearing and his case is irrelevant.  One doesn't affect the other.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You must immediately write to DCB Legal............
@Umkomaas, I think there are two separate cases here........
Well I was also taken in by the e-mail thread as it did seem to refer to the OP not the husband!
@Le_Kirk Apologies! I put a line on top of the email thread but apparently it was not clear:

Noted, thanks; trouble is we read so many threads we (well I) are sometimes guilty of skip reading to get to the meat of the matter.
