PoFA-compliant. Keeper liability in play. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Yeah I thought so. Thanks for checking. Defence is done, sent, received and showing on the MCOL website. For future reference if you start a defence on the MCOL website you can delete it and it takes you back to the start with options to defend, admit part of the debt or admit all of it.1

It may be a moot point but, whilst they use the correct wording for a PoFA NtK, they make no reference whatsoever that they are relying on the Act. If they don't plead that their NtK is issued in accordance with the PoFA 2012, then, technically, they are not able to rely on it, no matter what words they put into their NtK.1

I don't agree. The wording is enough.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Everyone. Quick question: DQ N180 form, Section B Your Contact Details….do I need to put my phone number and email? As I’m sending this to ELMS and VCS I don’t really want them having my email and mobile number. The courts already have it.0

Why not use a throwaway gmail account address and just use it for your parking charge case? After it's all over, let the account float away into the ether?ParkingScum said:Hi Everyone. Yes suppose I could do that thanks. I’ll just leave the mobile number blank.0

Just an update VCS have now dropped ELMS legal and are representing themselves now that this is a ‘defended case’ just as @Coupon-mad said they would at the start of this thread.1
