Please see photo of recent threatogram:

WOW, we have seen stuff from Jake before but to attempt blackmail really takes the biscuit
Does Jake want the Judge to fall about in fits of laughter or just dismiss the case as a big joke
  • Lovely so its agreed this latest threat is a pretty low blow and will look good in my witness statement along with the fact I asked for 30 days to seek debt advice and recieved court proceedings the next day.

Also any opinions on the ‘right to audience’ should a solicitor turn up on the day and not VCS?
    There is no issue there.
Extremely rarely does the claimant ever attend these hearings. I can't recall the last time we ever heard of that happening.
It is always a solicitor acting on their behalf.
Even though a court letter via VCS states they are not using a solicitor? You know more than me Keith just I once read something about a random appointed solicitor not having right or audience.

Another reason none of these parking companies ever attend any hearings is so that they cannot be asked any questions about the case in hand. An advocate also cannot be asked questions as effectively he knows nothing.

You really are wasting your time pursuing this line.

And you can't mention that letter in court.
