You won't be charged a cancellation fee even if still in a 12m contract as the service is closing down - you can text INFO to 85075 to double check.

I've just received an email from plusnet stating that due to a technical glitch the March price increase they told me about (they didn't !) has not taken place and will be from 1st July instead.

No details of the price increase. I was transferred over from Life so have never had a price increase before. Which is one of the reasons I've never moved.

It was 14.4% increase - but it hasn't been applied to my account either -and I've been with PN Mobile for several years !!No email yet !

Same here, and now I've PAC'd out to Lebara. I was sure that I'd received notification, but it must have been a text message/link to their website as I couldn't find an email (I wish companies would send information like that via email not just via text).

Just reading the latest on this thread when I got an email notification - PN sorry about the technical glitch - increase will apply from after 1st July but no back dating of increase !! Time for the PAC route methinks!

My 'port out' happened yesterday and so far I've not heard from Plusnet at all.
