Now for a healthier, wealthier me

I’m late updating today… after a week off (and still being poorly) I struggled to get up before I needed to start work. And it’s been a busy morning of catching up on emails.Today is a NSD for me, and my PAD was £11 to savings, £5 to the sabbatical and £6 to my weekly cash envelope challenge.
The house feels very empty since our visitors departed on Saturday. But it’s also nice to get back to a bit of normality, hanging washing out on airers and not creeping about waiting for everyone to get up in a morning…I’d never before noticed how loudly our kettle boils before 😂
Anyway. That’s it from me, hope everyone is well and that you had lovely weekends.LMD xLife gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2025 1p challenge #41 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017Sealed pot 2025 £6573 | EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £3364/£6000 | Travel savings £1508 | Sinking pots £25711 -

Hope you're not feeling too sleepy after today being back at work. I understand that feeling, after being off for so long I've been incredibly sleepy in the last few days after going back to work. Hope you feel better though and you enjoyed your time with your visitors. The great thing about being debt free, is that you're better equipped to deal with life's changes. So I hope that all goes well for you.Debt Free Diary:- The Mental Debt Struggle

Today therefore won’t be a NSD for me, I did set myself a low target due to having visitors though so I should still be OK.
Today’s PAD is just £5 to the sabbatical as usual. I do like how the balance is creeping up without me really noticing it.
Thats all from me - have Great Tuesdays!

I did a Pinecone survey this morning and noticed they’re accepting new members (a rarity!) so if anyone wants to do their surveys here’s the joining link:

They pay £3 per survey so not too bad!Life gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2025 1p challenge #41 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017Sealed pot 2025 £6573 | EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £3364/£6000 | Travel savings £1508 | Sinking pots £25712 -

Hopefully you will get some surveys @~FlowerPot~ they're not frequent but at least you know each one is £3 in value and they're usually interesting ones... sometimes they send you the products to test too

Already Wednesday and here in South Yorkshire the dry spell has ended
it's piddling it down with rain and the dog is sulking. At least I have nowhere I need to be today and it's a NSD (already declared).
It's dice roll day today so £22 has been sent to savings, along with £5 to the sabbatical and £6.61 in change to the sealed pot as my purse was getting difficult to close. So, all in all not a bad day for savings boosts. There are still 6 days until pay day, of course I am counting down haha! I am planning a very low spend final week of the fiscal month after last week being so spendy.
I'm hoping to have a bit extra at the end of the month to throw at the Sabbatical and give it a boost too, we will see. We all know how easily life can get in the way by throwing a curve ball or 2!
That's all from me today, have great days!
LMD x

Happy Thursday! It's another rainy day here and another NSD...
I'm still not feeling 100% so my intention is to take it steady this weekend and maybe just potter about at home. There's plenty of decluttering left to do and then when hubby hs his next set of days off he can take a trip to the recycling centre and charity shops.
I have PADded just the £5 to the sabbatical this morning and I need to remember to update my signature, I will try and do it weekly as there's no chance I will remember each day.
I'm afraid there's nothing else happening in the world of LMD, it's hubby's pay day today so the joint account has had a little boost but that's about it til I get paid on Tuesday
