  • Holiday sounds great. I've always fancied Singapore.
It was a place we both had on our lists so we decided to go for it.

  • Good morning all and happy Friday :)

I've made my £5 sabbatical payment today and I've set up a daily schedule fro the same amount so I will no longer have to manually transfer the funds. This seemed like a sensible thing to do given it's one of the first things I do on a daily basis.  It's another NSD for me today, last one of the week as I have to go and get some shopping in town tomorrow. The Christmas Market is now set up so I will also have a wander around there.

Hubby was successful in his shopping yesterday so I will wrap his presents over the weekend whilst he is at his christmas do.

I have a lot to do today work-wise, when did Friday's become so manic?
Catch you all later, have wonderful weekends!

  • Hi all, not sure where the weekend went... probably in a flurry of baubles and fairy lights!  This is a super-busy week for me and I have plans for every day until Friday so not many NSD's but next week should be quieter and I am looking forward to the socialising this week will bring.

Up early this morning and tidied the spreadsheet, all looking OK for the month and there's funds available for my socialising this week :D We will both probably need to bolster the joint account for festive food before Christmas but that's to be expected this time of year.

I forgot to add post my PAD yesterday so declared £10 today, it's not a NSD as I'm out for dinner tonight..it was one yesterday though.

Hope you all had a good weekend

Glad to see that you're back on track after your bout of food poisoning and everything is on track with your budget. I really do admire your organisation and spreadsheets.

  • Not sure what I would do without my spreadsheet Keedie, it's been a lifesaver and now that I've paid off the debt I still use it to make sure all of my monthly expenses are accounted for and I know what I have 'available' in terms of budget.

  • Morning all. I'm a bit late again today but I've been working since early this morning and I got carried away...time for a coffee though :)

Today's not a NSD as I am out again tonight (and tomorrow!) although this meal has been paid for in advance so it's not going to be too spendy, just drinks to buy.  This morning £5 has been added to my sabbatical fund as my PAD, nothing else going on finance wise... Prolific seems to be really slow for me at the moment.

    Have a lovely Tuesday!

  • Good morning. I hope you’re all ok?

I had a good night last night and only spent £10 so that was a bonus 😀 still not a NSD but low spend considering…

Today is another spendy day. I’m out again tonight but then no spending plans until Sunday so fingers crossed for a run of NSDs soon.

PAD today included the usual £5 to the sabbatical and the accounts still have healthy balances.  We get paid early this month (20th!!) so I will be moving my full wage to a savings pot for a week so I don’t spend any of next months budget before I should do.

That’s about it from me. I have a busy day ahead.

  • Hi all, I hope you're OK?  I had a day off yesterday and had friends over so I didn't really get a chance to update. I did PAD though and it was also a NSD.  Same is on the cards today and I have sent £5 to the sabbatical fund.

Not sure how anyone else is finding it but Prolific seems to be very slow at approving these days... propbably as it's coming up to the festive period.

Nothing else going on for me.

  • I'm finding approval slow as well. Also in the last few days I have had to return so many for one reason or another.
