Good morning and happy Friday! I hope everyone is doing OK?  It started nice and sunny here this morning bit it's already turned overcast... rain will probably follow.

Today will be a NSD for me, I am not going anywhere and have no plans to spend. I'm still waiting on a few presents to be delivered from last weekends 'Christmas shopping' spends.  Just a few more to get at the end of November and then I will be done.

PAD today included £2.19 to the sealed pot (courtesy of WeAre8) and £5 to the sabbatical. I'm still conscious about needing money for the holiday so I'm trying to be as frugal as possible.  I do have a mani & pedi appointment on Saturday (pre-holiday-preening) but the rest I will do myself (waxing and tinting etc) to keep costs down. Some habits die hard!  :D

Other than that, I am out on Tuesday night but that's it for planned spends. Hoping to get to the gym a few times over the weekend too.

    That's all from me

Pre-holiday pampering sounds great. I've never really thought of that, but it makes sense. Are you packed yet? I tend to throw things in the direction of the suitcase in the run up to travelling and then the night or so before, purge anything that I can't see myself wearing or needing and doing a final pack. But I think that's probably a really long winded way to do it and the corner of my bedroom looks all messy as a result 😂.

Not packed yet but I do have a very detailed list… hubby will get the suitcases down from the loft this afternoon and then I will start to slowly pack. I have a box with toiletries and sunscreen, insect repellent etc so some of it is together. I’ll need to do some ironing too which I’m not looking forward to.

  • Good morning all and happy Monday, I am knocking on wood when I say this but I only have 3 calls scheduled for this week and i am hoping i can get caught up on projects and admin before holiday.

I had my nails and feet done at the weekend and it was lovely, I also treated my sister to having hers done as she came along with me, we had such a giggle, my feet are very ticklish :D

Finance wise, I didn't spend too much this weekend, and nothing that wasn't planned so that's good. I also ticked off another Christmas present which I hope will be delivered before we go...

Today's PAD included £5 to the sabbatical and it will be a NSD for me, I need to finish preening and packing after work and do some cleaning.

I hope everyone had a great weekend
