Eugh, I am sick and have no voice. A terrible cold with a cough that is keeping me awake at nights and turning me into a zombie… I am trying to keep it from DH so that it doesn't get him before holiday next week. I blame DSD for working in childcare and bringing home aaaalllll the bugs.

Anyway, PAD today was £5 to the sabbatical. It's not a NSD as I have to go out tonight. I will be driving though and hoping to make an early exit to go to bed.

Saturday was very spendy as we planned our holiday itinerary/excursions and booked the tickets. It's obviously come out of the travel pot, but we also pre-selected our seats and added baggage which turns out to be quite expensive!

Anyway, it is what it is. I want to enjoy the holiday and make the most of our non-F1 days.

Hope you're all doing well? Better than me at the very least!

Quick update to say I've rolled the dice and £107 has been sent to my £10k saver. £5 to the sabbatical and I had £9.90 in change from last night so that went into the sealed pot.

It's a NSD for me, I am going back to sleep now!

Sorry to hear you were unwell going on your hols, hope you soon feel better. When I’m ill I prefer to shut myself away from everybody. My mum said when I was little and unwell she always found me in my bed with the door shut.

DH on the other hand, likes the world and his wife to know that he’s ill, which is a regular occurrence.

Hi everyone, I am back from my holiday and back to work… I am still not well!! Can't believe how long this cough/cold is hanging around for 😒

Holiday was so very (very, very) good, but as it was for the Grand Prix we didn't have a lot of down time and are therefore utterly exhausted. Only 5 weeks and I am off again though.

I have still been saving whilst away but I haven't been online. Yesterday I did the dice rolls challenge (£65) and today I have filled envelope £38, added £50 to my general saver and £5 to the sabbatical.

I definitely don't like being away when I get paid, not able to see my budget tracker and being able to move the right amount of money to the right places. It's all done now though and funds are where they need to be.

Morning all and happy Friday - I hope you've all had a good week? Mine has been very busy and also spendy as I made another payment to the December holiday earlier in the week, plus there was lots of plans and spending for my sisters birthday.

Today will be a NSD though, and my PAD today was £5 to the sabbatical fund.

Nothing else happening, it's 4 weeks to my next holiday, work is crazy busy and everything is still up in the air so I am trying to keep my head down and work hard…which is where I need to be in a few minutes so I need to love you and leave you and get cracking.

Spendy week for me as I’ve had my GK’ds and love treating them. Just booked a 2 night stay in London next month, blimey so much more expensive than last time we booked but it’s a little treat for ourselves.
