Hi everyone, I hope you're well?  It was a late night for me last night so I am very tired this morning but I have calls for most of the day so there'll be no slacking!

It's a NSD for me today, not going anywhere to spend anything and as far as I know there's nothing I need or want. I have added £114 in dice rolls (!) to my £10k fund, and £7.50 in change to the sealed pot as well as the usual £5 to the sabbatical today... no too shabby!

Finished book 2 at breakfast so will start on book 3 at lunchtime if I get a chance, if not, it will be this evening :)

Off to make a brew before call No1

Hi all, late in the day for me as I am off today and I slept in and then have been busy round the house.  Our plans for this evening have changed due to the weather so it's an unexpected NSD for me today :)  It also means I should have some healthy budget left over for the sealed pot tomorrow which I may allocate via the envelopes challenge.

So, today's PAD was £52 envelope and £5 to the sabbatical fund. I have no plans this weekend which is nice, I can just please myself and as long as the dog gets walked and everyone gets fed there'll be no pressure :D

Book 3 is coming along nicely, this one was a Christmas gift and I'm very much enjoying it, think I will go and read for an hour after my budget updates with a nice cup of tea.

That's it from me, off to update the envelope challenge now

Good morning and happy frosty Friday! I think I am going to hibernate for the weekend...I'm definitely a summer-girl at heart :(

Today is budget reset day and due to a low spend week I had £53.80 left over which has gone into the sealed pot as 2 additional envelopes for my challenge. I don't really like going out when it's miserable weather and dark so we may possibly have some left over next week too!

It's a NSD for me today too, work is already busy from me being off yesterday and I have lots of meetings today. I remember the good old days when Fridays were a bit of a toss-off... not any more!

Book 3 is almost done and I do think it will be finished this evening so I am already doing well :)

That's all from me though. Be safe everyone, this storm is a bad one.

Hi all and welcome to the weekend :) I finished my book yesterday and started a new one between finishing dinner and the Traitors starting... This one isn't as easy to get into, but I have to consider that I was clock-watching and only had about 25 minutes so I'll give it more of a chance today.

I have already done the grocery shop this morning and this evening's dinner is in the slow cooker, I've decided to take myself into town for a bit of a potter, I need some herbs and spices from the market and I'll have a look at some of the charity shops to see if they have any books I fancy. I have 4 to drop off too.  DH may come along too and we can get a bit of lunch whilst we are there.

My PAD today is just the £5 to the sabbatical fund. Nothing else happening in the accounts.
    Have great weekends!
