Good morning and welcome to the weekend. I have to be honest, I thought it was Saturday yesterday which is why I didn't update. Not that there was actually much to update really.
Today the PAD is £5 to the sabbatical and it's a NSD for me. No plans today, we are aiming to get the Christmas decorations down this weekend, although it appears I am the only one to remember that's what the plan was...
Still on book 1, but I am aiming to get that finished today.
Hope everyone is well!

I have also lost track of the days, will be good to get back to work on Monday for the routine.

Decs down here and it feels good. DS bought some new ones in the Xmas sales. The loft is now jam packed with Xmas stuff, thank goodness I won’t need to go back in there till next December.:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.002

We are currently mid 'de-dec the house' operations and it looks like we have had a tornado. Soon they will be in the loft and I can run round with the vacuum to get all the bits of tree and glitter up.
I too will be happy to return to work Doris, just for some structure and order to life again
Today is a NSD for me, I have 'favourited' some book bundles on Vinted but will wait until Tuesday when I have a plan to spend and if they're still there I will get them then. Only a few pounds each, so not a bid spend!
The PAD today was £5 to the sabbatical, I can't believe how much I have saved in there since clearing my debt and it's mainly been the £5 a day. £5 that I would have easily spent on coffees each day when I worked in the office...
Well, I suppose I should get back to sorting these decorations! I hope you're all having a good weekend and aren't too bothered by the snow wherever you are. We have none so far and I am pleased about that!
Much love

The house looks much bigger now the decorations are down, although I do miss the lights! 😂
It started snowing here last night as we went to bed and I’ve been awake since 3am worrying about it, and whether DH would be able to get to work or not. Turns out the main roads are clear and he has no issues 🤷🏻♀️
Today is another NSD for me, I’m out tomorrow night and Thursday this week, but I’ll be driving both times so should be low spends this week.
PAD today is just £5 to the sabbatical fund, not much else happening really…I’m still on book 2 of 2026 but will read some more at lunchtime.
Thats all from me, hope you’re all safe and well and staying warm

We took our decorations down yesterday as well LMD. All ready for the loft.
We’ve managed to avoid the snow too. Particularly handy today as we have a funeral to attend. Mum’s cousin, had a long life, but still sad for the family. Always nice to catch up with relatives we rarely see though.27/5/17 Mort 64705 BTs 1904031/12/17 Mort 59815 BT 1673007/04/20 Mort 49208 BT 1572128/07/20 Mort 47387 BT 1263414/11/20 Mort 45905 BT 10134 20/05/21 Mort 42335 BT 686811/08/22 Mort 32050 BT 2915Sealed Pot Challenge 16 Number 51 -
Sending my condolences to you and your family Antomac. It makes you realised how infrequently you see extended family doesn't it?AntoMac said:We took our decorations down yesterday as well LMD. All ready for the loft.

Thank you LMD. It was a lovely service and the sun shone, albeit very cold.27/5/17 Mort 64705 BTs 1904031/12/17 Mort 59815 BT 1673007/04/20 Mort 49208 BT 1572128/07/20 Mort 47387 BT 1263414/11/20 Mort 45905 BT 10134 20/05/21 Mort 42335 BT 686811/08/22 Mort 32050 BT 2915Sealed Pot Challenge 16 Number 51

Good morning and happy Tuesday all, it's still snowy on the ground here and with the temperatures I don't think it'll be disappearing anytime soon. I have a very busy day today, with a dentist and a doctor appointment later, plus now that people have started to catch up on work the emails are starting to come in thick and fast.
It's not a NSD for me today, as I am out tonight. Shouldn't be overly spendy though... The cost from the dentist I can claim back so I am not counting that as a spend, and it's paid by a sinking pot and then gets put back in so I don't even need to balance the accounts for it.
The PAD today included just £5 to the sabbatical, tomorrow I will be rolling the dice so we will see what that brings, always a bit risky now we have put the percentile dice back in
Still on book 2, didn't have much time for reading yesterday unfortunately and that's likely to be the case again today but I will see how I get on at lunch and in the various waiting rooms!
Have lovely days
