HI, it does sound alot doesnt it! And I dont know if Ill succeed, but going to try. I include things that are in the house that we longer need. But I dont generally include 'rubbish' like used up bits and receipts, but I do include some paperwork, if its been filed and I have gone through it all, then its a bag full as 1 or 10 pieces as 1 ~ how you do it is up to you! I have way to much stuff in the house, but like you an awful lot is not mine to throw out and himself generally wants to keep it all and then moan that the house is too small!!!!!!

Morning!
I will also be aiming to rid 2025 items in 2025 @~FlowerPot~ I will start the day after I get back from holiday. It will be a tall order but I feel it will be hugely beneficial and there's plenty to go at, believe me!
So, today will not be a NSD as I am out tonight, should be low spend though as I will be driving. The PAD today is just £5 to the sabbatical as usual. Nothing else happening on the accounts today.
Have fab days!
LMD x

The more I read, the more I wonder if I could actually find 2025 items to declutter. Especially if I count the bits DH is sorting out. I already have 1st carrier bag ready for CS. Not even counted how much I put in there. Then there's all the admin stuff I need to get rid of.....1 piece of paper = 1 item? Thinking I might actually give it a go.Making the debt go down and savings go up

Good morning and happy Wednesday. I have to report that yesterday was rather spendy unfortunately, I paid for the airport hotel for this evening and then I also needed 2 new tyres for the Determined-wagon at £200! Although I must admit she has been very reliable in the snow so far (touch-wood!)
I on the other hand, have not been faring so well and oh-so many times have I almost fallen on my face or backside (one has far more padding than the other) and all I can think is, 'I can't break a bone, I have a plane to catch!'
Anyway, as I paid for the hotel yesterday; today will be a NSD for me as hubby will be stumping up for dinner this evening and then not likely to get another until we are back from holiday as we are only bed and breakfast and we will need to eat and drink.
Finances? Its dice roll Wednesday so I have done 2 lots as I won't be back til next Friday so that came to £118, £5 as usual t the sabbatical, I've addd £170 to sinking funds and £24 in left over budget to the sealed pot. Not too bad today really. I will be using some of my travel savings for this holiday so the overall total savings will be taking a hit but that's the point of it really. It's nice not to have to scrabble for spendo, or dip into the current account balances.
I've clearly waffled on for long enough. I might pop on over the course of my holiday (I'll be PADding as per usual) but I'm making no promises
Hope you're all well and are having a good week.

fingers crossed the weather doesn't affect your journey xThat's why we ended up booking the airport hotel, I don't want a stressful journey before the flight.
