    Morning all,

Well done @beanielou that's fantastic xx

It's dark and gloomy here, raining with thunder and lightning. Had to switch the light on in the bathroom!! I had a good food day yesterday. Dinner was a marinated chicken breast from Wa!trose. Picked up a pack of two yellow stickered at lunchtime - 1.5 syns each. I served it with lettuce leaves from the garden, plum cherry tomatoes and riced sweet potato - S/Free. Not sure I'd buy the riced sweet potato again - it was an A!di middle aisle special and Free but I wasn't keen on the consistency. Finished the day on 5 syns as I had a skinny bar with a cuppa after dinner.

WFH today and food will be:
    B - poached egg, 1 x wm toast, strawberries/blueberries, mullerlight vanilla - P, 1/2 HEB, S, 0.5
L - JP, baked beans, cheese, salad leaves, pickles - 1, free, HEA, S
D - Szechuan pork with noodles - free
    HEA - milk
    HEA - cheese
    1/2 HEB - skinny bar
Syns - 1.5 plus possible WI syns

I'm going to a WI meeting tonight to see what it's like. A friend I used to study with has invited me along and there will be tea and inevitably biscuits, so saving my syns for that.

    Have a good day all.

    Morning

Well done on the loss and hitting target @beanielou

Hope you have fun at the WI @Coxy11 - it's something I occasionally think about joining but will probably leave it for a couple more years.

It's that time of year where I've been bitten again by some kind of insect on my foot so dealing with that fun at the moment.  Not looking like it's infected but swelling and itching a lot 😔  Oh well.  Breakfast was blueberries and ff yogurt, lunch will be a tuna sandwich and salad and dinner I have no idea as we need to do a food shop and I need to work out what we have in.

It's just chucked it down here as well so feeling a lot cooler today and hope it continues!

Hope everyone has a good day!

    Morning all,@ruby_eskimo

    Fantastic 😍 @beanielou you're on fire x

Hope the bite doesn't come to anything @ruby_eskimo

Just getting ready to head into the office today - a four hour team meeting - really?!!

Trying a recipe from the new traybake book - sticky pork - for dinner tonight. Already changed a couple of the veg as DS2 pulled a face. I've got a feeling it's going to be one of those days and I'm so not in the mood!

    Today's plan:
B - yoghurt (0.5 syns), fresh fruit salad
L - chicken salad, more fruit
D - sticky pork with loads of veg

Will leave HEB and second A for later if I want anything.

    Have a good day all!

Hope the SOTW basket had decent contents - ours always has multiple tins of tomatoes which is fine if you drive to group!

    Brilliant @beanielou xxx

Ive been bad again, didnt eat Sunday or Monday till evening meal and both meals wouldn't have filled a 5 year old but hey, ho, such is life

Today though I had the dentist first thing and time I got back around 11, I was hungry so two poached eggs and a tin of herrings on wholemeal - bloody lovely. I was going to do spinach and tomatoes with it but I was rushing, making that, cleaning the kitchen and putting a wash on as I had to be online for 11;30 and didnt know how long that would be

Chicken curry tonight - bag of spinach to go in it :)

Coxy~~the contants were much better than usual!
The last one did indeed have multiple tins of tomatoes.
This had peas, sweetcorn, apples, oranges, jelly, hifi bars & I was pleased  :)

Sounds like a nice lunch @Longwalker

Good selection there in SOTW basket @beanielou!

I went to make lunch and discovered we had no baked beans. Don't buy them often but obvs DS2 had the last tin when home alone last week! Ended up having tuna with LTL mayo. So saved on the HEA cheese but used 0.5 syns for the mayo. Was lovely and filling.

Having an early tea as my friend is picking me up at 7.05 sharp - she is organising a plant sale at the WI tonight and needs to get there early.

    Have a good evening all
