    Denise, That is a load of rubbish, i was 1/2 lb out of target and wasn't going to be there the next week, my consultant said don't forget to book holiday for next week

    I thought that but who am I to argue with 2 consultants (our pay lady is also a consultant).

    Quite honestly I am in 2 minds as to whether or not to go back.  Not going to make a decision until mid July which is when I said I would be back.

    @bubbs As usual your food looks delicious. LF milk is Lactose Free, the upside of cutting out as much Lactose as possible is that SW allows a little more of it as a  HE.

    Sorry, MH is Motorhome.  DH and I spend the whole of June and September in France travelling around.

    Prior to coming to France we’d been to The Gambia and there was certainly nothing SW friendly!
