Afternoon all. 

Had a bit of a gain today - oopsie. Understandable with what I’ve eaten and I’ve not been very active this week. Oh well, I’ve had a good week and that’s what counts. 

It’s gorgeous still here in Brum and I’m sat in the garden chilling. 

Hubby won’t be back till late now (he drives for a living) and there’s loads of traffic as Bruce Springsteen is at Villa Park tonight.

Went to weigh in this morning and two off. Pleased with that but instead of giving an amount just said I want a loss next week. I’m trying to be consistent and stop yo-young so will honestly be happy with anything off.

No sunshine today but still high temp and very, very humid. Another salad for dinner coming up. And some weekend wine 😉

Oh cripes. Had a tricky week and just not had food tracking as a priority. All 3 kids have had a vomiting bug, 2 of my team have unexpectedly gone on compassionate leave, and I had a very stressful assessment on Thursday. 

I went to weigh myself on Wednesday. The place I usually weigh myself was occupied by a sleeping cat, so I put it on another spot. It showed a 2kg (4lb) loss which I was skeptical about, so I tried it in various places in the bathroom and everywhere showed a completely different reading, from 5lb loss to 2lb gain! So now I don't even know what my starting weight really is. I'm moved the scale to the office where the floor seems more level and might just have to start again.

Also we had McDonald's for tea, now that the kids can eat properly again I thought I would treat them, but I had 42 syns 😬

Canvas camper, draw a line, i have i had fish and chips, doughnuts, crisps, chocolate and extra bread last week 🤣🤣

Been to see Dad today he looked better in himself, he gained 1 kg this week 👏👏 but the nurse said he didn't eat his breakfast today, so they changed from weetabix to a cooked breakfast, he wouln't eat that either, just kept pushing the plate away, she said please try and get him to drink, we did, milk shake, 1 cup of apple juice and left a blackcurrant for him, he also ate some raspberries .
He has not asked about going home 😏 but that's good really as we don't have to keep lying!

Pitta pizza, BNS chips and salad, speed, hexa and hexb

ice cream, fruit, merguine nest 2.5 syns, caramel sauce 1 syn

Hi all, 

It's been awhile since my last catch up, well done to all the losers and maintainers.

This heat has been quite challenging working from home! After what I thought was a bad week last week I had a 1.5lb loss which I was pleased about. 

Off to the parents for lunch today which always seems to be my kryptonite as there is always so many sweet treats around so need to stay disciplined.
