Happy anniversary @Coxy11 hope you enjoy your meal tonight.
Cheeky! we always behave 🤣 @bubbs. Food is looking amazing as always.
I have a Chubby Cubs recipe book @Abbafan1972 not for the faint hearted but some of their material is really funny
Actually going into the office today - first thought was woohoo freedom then came oh no I can't wear my leggings and will need to be nice to people 🤣🤣
Today's food:
B - toast HEB with banana
L - lentil soup and salad from canteen
D - beef stir fry with noodles and loads of veg
Will take fruit with me and will probably have numerous drinks throughout the day.
Have a good day all.0 -
Morning all!
I was in the office yesterday @Jellybaby and had a panic over what to wear as didn't really think about it when I picked up clean clothes from home over the weekend! Ended up cobbling together an outfit of some black trousers which were too big (and I only bought them a couple of months ago 🤔) and a blue top which accidentally matched the logo of the initiative that I was co-launching yesterday 🤣
Good to hear your dad is moving to the home now @bubbs - hoping he settles in well!
Hope you have a lovely dinner tonight @Coxy11 and hope you can at least taste some of it! Feel better soon.
Have finally admitted to boss that I've hit a wall and just need to sit in a dark room for a week on my own 🤣 He was very supportive and said I can call him any time, cancelled all my training sessions for the next 2 weeks without me even mentioning it, and while we had all the senior managers in the department in yesterday he told them that they had to leave me alone for a bit 😏
Star week is making me feel so bleugh and bloated but I've been good where I can. Did have a croissant for breakfast yesterday but that was offset by the huge salad and home made lasagne for the rest of the day. Today has been branflakes for breakfast and my mum's made me a chicken salad again for lunch. Dinner I think is a jacket potato which will have more salad on the side so again, trying to be good where I can and fill up on the healthy stuff.

So pleased that your bosses are being understanding @ruby_eskimo. 🤗
That's a real NSV with the black trousers. 👍
It's getting too hot here for leggings @Jellybaby. No idea what to wear instead as I love them so much. 🤣
Don't knock buses @Coxy11😁. We always use them to go into the city centre at night. We're lucky to have loads available because of the students. Hope you enjoy your evening.

Hi everyone! I'm back from the land of camping and into the land of WiFi. I didn't have any phone signal so gave up on the app and to be honest I probably had loads of syns, although I did think things through more than usual.
It was supposed to be my first weigh in today, but we only got home an hour ago via the chip shop so I think that can wait until tomorrow morning 🤣Unsecured debts total -

@coxy11 , glad you are feeling better. Happy anniversary and enjoy your meal
@ruby_eskimo, well done on your loss. Hope your dads drain isnt in for long, I know one of the ladies on Oldstyle has had hers for months. Take the time off to recharge the batteries x@beanielou, well done on the loss x
@bubbs, glad your dad have been moved to the home, hope he settles and does well again1lb off for me this week which Im happy enough with considering the week I hadTwo large packs of crisps, a meal out where I chose what I wanted to eat ( lamb kebab and fish with garlic and parmesan fries ) and sod SW, plus two large glasses of wine and a cocktail. Then out for lunch on Monday - fish and chips and a pint of cider, plus had a sneaky peanut butter sandwich at some point and a millionaire shortbread and chocolate - opps
Definitely a sod it week but I think I needed to. I had been so good for so long, just the treat bag of crisp on weigh in day for 8 weeks and after not having a loss last week I was really struggling to see the point of it allBack on track - kind ofLuckily its been so hot here eating isnt top of the agenda0
