So pleased the weather was kind to you @bubbs and glad you enjoyed some syns! 😁
Enjoy your break @annabanana82. It's great when we can eat what we fancy.
Washing dried and put away here too @joedenise. It's lovely to dry towels, particularly, fully on the line.
Decided to do some batch cooking as I had the stuff in. Chilli in the SC and just about to do a load of meatballs while the oven is on for HB steak. I like to cook them, then freeze so they only need reheating in the sauce.0 -
Thanks both 😁

Hi all,
Welcome back @joedenise and @bubbs. Glad you both enjoyed your time away x
I got our bedding dried on the line today - was beautiful here.I’ve done the food shop, aired and tidied DDs bedroom ready for DDad, also went to the cinema again to see Air with DS2 - good movie!
I weighed in with a 0.5lb loss today - still well within target so all good! Our group is only doing weigh and go next week.No further news on SIL. Thanks for all the good wishes, appreciate it xx
Im doing a 10k sponsored walk tomorrow through the Kentish countryside. Will go to DSis’s after for lunch and to pick up DDad. I have missed my walking 😀

Evening all, still lurking 🥴 still playing tennis with the same lb. Off this week though!
This year just keeps piling on the !!!!!!! I have 4 nephews ( my brother) and they have not only lost their Aunt (my sister) but 2 weeks later their Mums sister passed too! Both from different cancers 💔💔. Heartbreaking 💔💔
Things have been moving very slowly with my Sisters funeral arrangements, not sure why! I was hoping it wouldn’t be a Tuesday or Thursday (dialysis days) or the week of SATs as need to scribe for my 1-1. So of course it’s a Tuesday & first day of SATs 🥴. Then on the Saturday I’m doing (with my boy) the muddy race for life in honor of my beloved Sister.A bit of brightness in this dark time is my boy had applied for another position within his company and got the job! He will be a Technical Service Operative which comes with a very generous wage 🤗 am so proud of him as he is quite shy but pushed himself to apply and obviously impressed in interview.Enjoy the long weekend peeps 💞Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Good to hear from you @TakeItEazy. Well done to your boy on his new job and to both of you for the muddy (🤔) Race for Life. S*d SATs, you have more important things to think about.🤗
You've done brilliantly to do your hike and lose today @Coxy11. 👏👏👏 Enjoy your time with your dad. Will he be happy eating SW friendly meals? 🤔
Agree completely with crazy food prices @beanielou and @joedenise. Doesnt seem long ago I could do my Aldi shop just around the (then) £35 limit for contactless. Now I'm lucky to get away with £50. That's just the weekly basics. ☹️0
