A very quiet WI tonight but happy with the scales 2.5lbs off so that's all my gains from the last two weeks.ΒHoping for a new stone zone for the next WI, not entirely sure when that will be as no group Monday, Tuesday evenings are busy so left with Thursday am which is a work day so hopefully my calendar stays free otherwise I have two weeks until WIΒMake Β£2023 in 2023 (#36) Β£3479.30/Β£2023

I've had a bad back all day so done very little but read. DH offered to make dinner but so easy I did it myself. Hoping to feel better tomorrow. π€

My consultant's groups vary through the day. She does 4. The morning ones are quiet but the evenings are crazy busy. I'm assuming she pays a daily rate for the room. π€0 -
R.e. my group, it needs 20 to be viable, and I think we're probably scraping just under that at the moment.
