You were obviously missed at your group on Saturday @bubbs. Poor lady having to deal with that enormous number on her own.☹️

Sorry to hear that your dad hasn't settled. At least you've managed to get the appointments speeded up. 🀞for the dental appointment. It must be months since the lost teeth.

I had a lovely meal this evening. Prawn cocktail to start with minimal mayo. Then sea bream on a bed of ratatouille with some (about 6) gnocchi.

Then some wine but probably still within this week's syns

    Morning all.

Oh dear @bubbs hope your mum is ok and gets some help / answers soon.

Meal sounds lovely @maman, glad to hear your back is better.

Feeling a lot better today but then realised that star week is due to arrive tomorrow so that might be why I maintained this week and feel bloated and 🀒 Currently sat at the car dealership because my car has an issue with the throttle / clutch and I'm supposed to be driving to Liverpool next week. So filled up on a skyr yogurt with granola for breakfast and have a packed lunch of a couple of boiled eggs, 2 apples and a pack of lentil crisp things to get me through till dinner which is pizza topped chicken (haven't had it for ages) with chips and mixed veg.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Morning all, back to work and WFH today and tomorrow then off again until next Tuesday! It's been non-stop lunches, dinners, wine, wine and more gin 🀣but fantastic for the three of us to be together again. It's not even a full week yet of DS being home and I can feel my jeans slightly tighter!

Both boys are out tonight with friends for dinner so I should be on plan today. So thinking usual yoghurt and berries for breakfast, tuna salad sandwich for lunch with pickles and meatballs with spaghetti for dinner (the remaining meatballs and sauce will be dinner for the three of us tomorrow).

Hope to get a chance later to read back but hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine (whenever it appears πŸ˜€).

Morning all, it's a lovely sunny but windy day so have decided to get all the washing done although there's not masses but it means I'll only have today's things plus what we bring back next week to get done so shouldn't be too bad!

Sounds like a lovely meal @maman and well done on ending up within syns for the week. When do you need to weigh again?

@bubbs So sorry to hear your dad isn't well again. I feel for your mum, it must be so hard on her. They both wanted him at home but it looks like that might not be feasible really unless your dad's problems can be sorted properly. Your mum will end up a nervous wreck which isn't good for either her, your dad or the wider family. Hugs to you all.

Enjoy the time with your boy @Jellybaby; time with family is so important. SW will still be there when your son goes again and you can shift any weight gain then.

Do hope the dealership can sort your car @ruby_eskimo. You definitely need to be sure it's OK before driving to Liverpool. Is that for Eurovision?

Weighed myself again this morning (it would be my normal WI day today if I was going) and I have managed to shift about 3.5lb since we got back! I'm absolutely amazed with that but suspect some of it was water retention which always comes off quickly. I'm now about 3lb over top end of target! Hopefully won't put on too much when I'm in Scotland with my sister. Probably won't post much as I'm fairly certain there won't be much SW friendly food although at least when we eat out I'm sure I'll be able to pick more SW friendly food - at least I hope so! Apparently she's going to book a dinner and cabaret for the night of DH's birthday - just hope it isn't something like chicken and chips, LOL!

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs and spinach on toast - HEB; P; S

    L -brunch hash - P; S; F

    D - sweet and sour pork; rice - P; S; F

    HEA - milk

    HEB - bread

Syns - couple of skinny whip minis 3

Trying to keep syns fairly low to save some for the next week!

    Have a good day everyone.

Been here 3 hours already and no luck yet @joedenise but yep, we're of to Eurovision next week. We're in an Air BnB so can bring and cook our own food most of the time, and there's a Lidl within a 5 minute walk so should be easy to stick to a relatively healthy diet while we're away.

Enjoy @ruby_eskimo. Do hope you don't have to wait too much longer for the car. Sounds like the Air b&b is in a good location with good facilities.

Hope the car is fixed at last @ruby_eskimo! How long will you be in Liverpool?πŸ€”

It was probably water retention from the flight @joedenise. Whatever it was it's good to see some of the gain off.πŸ‘πŸΌΒ

So good to know you're having a good time with your boys @Jellybaby. Any meals you can have which are SW friendly will help.

I've got 6 weeks before I have to go to WI but that would be very tight for my holiday in mid June. I think I'm going to aim for 1st June which gives me grace week (if needed) and then a couple of weeks when we get back.Β

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, 2 fried eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
    L- ham, egg (P), hash (F,S), pickles (S)
    D- SW Bolognese (P,S), spaghetti (F), HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns- 0

Sounds like a good plan @maman. Β Definitely useful to have the grace week if needed before your holiday. Β Because of all the holidays being so close together I decided my best bet was to just not go until 2-3 weeks after my month away in France which takes me to mid July. Β It's very much a Good when I can and Careful when I can't time for the next couple of months!

    Hi all,

I went into the office today leaving a list of instructions for DH in case DDad wanted to go out (wear lanyard with emergency contacts, take phone, use small backpack so his hands are free etc.) DH messaged that DDad couldn't find lanyard and had been gone a while! Luckily my boss was going home early today to take her pet to the vet so I left at the same time and now WFH! DDad is here safe and well after a trip to the charity shops and the newsagents!!

    Food today has been:
B - overnight oats, vanilla mullerlight, frozen cherries - HEB, 0.5, free
L - LO rice and veg from the biryani, pineapple, blueberries - free, S
D - spag bol, parmesan - free, HEA
    HEA - milk
Syns - 0.5 plus skinny crunch bar so 3.5 total

I am craving goodies so might be due for TOTM (who knows?!)

Sorry your DDad and DMum are going through it again @bubbs. Hope the stoma can be sorted asap - sounds awful. I really feel for your DMum as it's so stressful - sending hugs to you all xx That's a lot of folk to process through the pay alone - I struggled with 53 the other week - always get someone being grumpy when they have to pay a back fee! Not my fault!

Hope the car gets fixed @ruby_eskimo - you can't miss the Eurovision (weljel!)
