I wonder if I can ask for opinions please.  I want to join SW.  I did join many years ago when it was red and green days- from looking on the website I think that has now changed.  Anyway, I have found a class on a Friday morning which would suit me.  I can go this Friday 1st and the following Friday 8th, but then I am on holiday for a week so would have to miss a week and then go on 22nd.  So, do I join on this Friday go for two meetings then take a holiday (I assume you get holiday weeks?).  OR would it be better to just leave it and join on the 22nd?  What do you think?

The holiday is at a hotel, so I won't be able to cook or prepare my own meals.

    Thanks all.
My vote would be join now.
You could loose half a stone by the time you go.

@beanielou is quite right @MrsPorridge, Many people lose well in their first week. I lost 5.5 lbs and some lose even more (especially men☹️).
