Happy Birthday @beanielouI'm back from holiday, we were very lucky with the weather and we completely fell in love with Seaton, it was so laid back and peaceful. I was completely off plan the entire time, but feel it's given me a proper reset.
We walked from Seaton to Lyme Regis which is a beautiful but challenging walk, we were very ill prepared and had nowhere near enough water and only a slice of bread pudding for sustenance.
We had chip shop tea twice, an Indian, a Chinese, beer, ice cream, scones, bacon rolls, a proper sandwich with proper butter and too many sweets. We also walked over 40 miles.
WI today - I only managed to stay the same, plan now is to keep up the exercise and stay on plan and hope there is no late catch up for the scales next week.

Afternoon all, thought I'd posted this morning but apparently not!
Well done on STS @annabanana82 - that's brilliant after your holiday. Back on plan you should lose well this week.
Needed to go and get a couple of bits from Homebase so popped into Morrisons while we were near and picked up some more fruit as only had grapes left. Also picked up a big. bag of decent sized onions - all the onions seem to be quite small lately so have to use 2 or 3 whenever I make anything but these are big enough that one will be enough.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
L - burger, onions, gherkin slices in WM bun - HEB; S; 0.5
D - roast lamb (will avoid the fat!); roast potatoes, roasted veg, cabbage, swede - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - WM roll
Syns - LF sausages 2; burger 0.5
Have a good day everyone.

Happy Birthday @beanielou! 🎈🎁
I'd be thrilled to get STS after a holiday @annabanana82. All that walking must have worked. Well done!
You certainly enjoy your picky teas @bubbs. Hope the cranberry sauce works well on the pork pie. Personally I love my roast on a Sunday. I missed them for so many years when I was working.
I've taken to buying white onions in Sainsbury's lately @joedenise. Their loose ones are price matched to Aldi's packs per kg so I just pick out some decent sized ones. It's enough of a faff peeling onions, without doing several for one recipe.
I'm making more meatballs today while the oven's on. They've become a real favourite and I used the last this week.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, banana (F), berries (S)
L- Spanish omelette (P,F,S), salad bits (S)
D- HB steaks (P,S), SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns- weekend wine😊0 -
Afternoon all
Finally managed to get my head back into it yesterday and had a really good on plan day. Hoping for an STS or small loss this week- WI tomorrow so you never know.As my Scots relatives might have said- it’s dreich here today. Grey, damp and miserable. Off to bingo tonight. I’m currently cooking roast pork from the mag for Sunday dinner before I go. I did Chinese Chicken Curry and chips from the mag last night and it was gorgeous- put it on FB and it seemed popular.Today’s menu:
B: Fakeaway McMuffin- HEXB wholemeal roll (4 for spread) 2 x SW sausage patties, 2 x fried eggs and rocket. Flat peach
L: Roast pork, SW roasties, sprouts, green beans and mixed veg. Gravy (4)SW sausages, chips, salad
Snack for bingo: Popchips (3.5) Skinny bar (4)
Syns: 15.5
Hope all okay with everyone xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -

Happy Birthday @beanielou xx
Glad you had a good holiday @annabanana82 and well done on the STS x
Hope your DH can get his knee seen to asap @joedenise - not good.
I lost 1lb at WI yesterday but still 0.5lb over target range which is annoying. I now have two weeks of not weighing due to my walk. Will see what I can do. We will be passing through towns each day so hoping I can choose wisely - we shall see.

That's really irritating when you're just half a pound away @Coxy11. But well done on your pound loss anyway.👏👏👏 I don't suppose you could weigh somewhere next week before you set off ? 🤔
I meant to say that my omelette today was heavy on peas! Yet again, I did peas last night to go into the jambalaya last minute (to keep the colour) and left them in the microwave. 🤣
Good luck for tomorrow @MrsRyan. 🤞
Do you have an open plan kitchen @bubbs? It's warm in mine but back door open sorts it out. 😊1 -
Thank you @bubbs, @maman & @Coxy11for the birthday wishes. Was out for lunch & had a lovely beef roast & all the trimmings. It was lovely.A couple of raspberry gins & Prosecco.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
