    Agree that it’s not ideal @beanielou ☹️

I bought a sainsbobs meal deal for lunch. Chicken and duck sushi (2.5) pineapple (free) and Pepsi max. Dinner was chilli and soy grilled salmon (free) tender stem broccoli and carrots (speed). I’ve also had a hifi bar (3). So a good day overall.

Thanks for the update @Coxy11. It's a huge worry for you but there's nothing you can do except wait. 🤞

Well done on going to group tomorrow even if you're not weighing. I agree it's useful to sit in on the Image Therapy. Even if you don't always learn anything new it's good to keep in touch.

I think belonging to a group/team/class is really helpful to get some exercise in @annabanana82 . I find the dancing and walking groups I belong to ensures some Body Magic every week that I might avoid left to myself. 😉

I've done my meal plan and shop today. Just one meal out coming up this week but otherwise all on plan. 🤞

We're having fake KFC tonight @bubbs. Just one decent sized chicken thigh each. I made the coating from 3 tbs of potato powder so only 1 syn each according to the app.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), beetroot, tomatoes, spring onions (S)
D- fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), carrot chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, green stuff (S)
    Syns - kfc 1, weekend wine 😁

    Hope you're lucky tomorrow @bubbs. 🤞

We did have plenty of trimmings with the one solitary thigh each so not going hungry. 🤣

The ham you've had this week looks delicious. Where have you been buying it? 🤔

    SAinsburys too.
My shopping this week was £41 & only two bags to show for it.
The beans I buy were £1 the last time I bought them & today they were £1.70!!

I have always said it is cheaper to buy rubbish than fruit & veg  :grimace:
