After we had been to the non physio appointment 🤬DH had said do we need any shopping? I said yes strawberries, normally would pop in tesco as that's next door, but then i remembered in the centre there was the fruit and veg stall, dh said bet they will be expensive there, i said there not have had stuff from them before, also got 2 BNS for £1, must remember to use them instead of going straight upstairs too tesco!Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0

You've done well to fit the cooking in around the non - appointment and the shopping @bubbs. 👍
The service in your surgery is really appalling @bubbs. I thought radiography did x-rays not junior doctors? 🤔 It seems they're using the strike as an excuse for declining service when it's been going on for years. I wonder where they got that idea from? 🤔☹️
I did a sweet potato topping on the cottage pie tonight and it was delicious. 😋 Portion left for lunch tomorrow... just. 😁0 -

Evening everyone
Here’s the recipe
Ingredients (serves 2, adjust to suit)
200g dried linguine (or spaghetti as I used works just as well)
Low calorie cooking spray
75g sugar snap peas, halved lengthways
75g green beans, trimmed and halved lengthways
75g broccoli florets, cut into bite sized pieces (I used tenderstem broccoli)
1 small red pepper, de-seeded and cut finely
1 bunch of spring onions, finely sliced (I didn’t use any as I forgot to buy them)
1 garlic clove, crushed (I used frozen garlic)
2 ready cooked salmon fillets, skin removed
100g fat free natural Greek yoghurt, at room temperature
15g chopped fresh dill
Method
1) Cook the linguine according to pack instructions. While the linguine is cooking, spray a large non stick frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and put over a medium heat. Add the peas, beans, broccoli, peppers and spring onions, and stir fry until starting to soften.2) When the linguine is ready, drain and keep a cup of the cooking water. Add the garlic and 2tbsp of the cooking water to the frying pan, and cook for 1 minute.3) Take the pan off the heat and tip in the cooked and drained linguine, flake the salmon fillets into the pasta, and add the yoghurt and most of the dill. Stir everything together gently, add a little more linguine water if it’s looking a little dry. Scatter over the rest of the dill to serve.I’ll make a separate post for today’s food so this doesn’t get lost*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Evening everyone
It’s been a busy day. First full day on the phone today, and then my friend popped round when I had finished work. I’m very tired now- I had forgotten how tiring talking to people was! I was also up and down hanging washing on the line and bringing it in. I was planning to go for a walk but with it being a red hot day I didn’t- I need to keep my tatt out of the sun. So I went to collect my parcels from the locker, came home and did a 2 mile walking workout from YouTube. The smell from the chippy though when I went to the shop…! I almost gave in and cheated but instead I turned round, went home and had my SW ready meal after my workout.Today’s food:
B: Strawberries and blueberries with raspberry protein yoghurt, plus 50g of Lizi’s low sugar granola (HEXB+6, 1.5 for the yoghurt) tbsp of Sweet Freedom raspberry syrup (2)
L: cheese (HEXA 1) crab stick and couscous (0.5) salad. Mini Whirlz ice lolly (2.5)
D- SW ready meal and veg. Flat peach
S: Skinny bar (3) Popchips (3.5)
Syns: 19
Night all xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
It was a 2lb loss for me which I was both happy and annoyed with, happy because I had a loss but annoyed because it could have been more had I not had to take all the medication I've had to take over the last 2 weeks which most definitely led to retention (my lower legs went from skinny (wheelchair user so very little to my lower legs now) to very puffy and uncomfortable and 'things' err just stopped). The one that caused it has now been stopped but it is taking a bit of time to return to normal.
Middle son had a 5.5lb loss and is now only half a pound away from his 6 stone award.
Still waiting for my supposedly urgent scan but had bloods done today, some results in already and are ok, some are at the extreme end of normal but marked satisfactory. The more important one, for ovarian cancer markers, is absolutely fine....phew!
After years of refusing oral morphine because I feared the impact (I generally do not react to medications that well - see above), I've found it no worse than taking paracetamol, except it helps with the pain a lot more. I can take doses on consecutive days without any issue, the first stronger painkiller where that has been possible. I'm only taking it in the evening though, as a start off and coping (or not as the case may be pain wise) with paracetamol during the day.
I'm up this late because I totally overdid things today with the bloods, SW, pain and mum that I bashed out super early and now I am wide awake as I've had my normal sleep hours already. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0
