    Evening

    Those pork pies look amazing!

Today been slightly more productive. I’ve sorted my wardrobe out and put all my high summer stuff away. I’ve brought my jeggings and joggers and stuff out instead. Also took some rubbish to the tip and stopped off at Waitrose. Also checked my suitcase as it’s two weeks tomorrow until I’m away- I’ve got two separate cases as I’m away for two nights, back home for one night then away again for three nights. Needed to be super organised as I didn’t want to be forgetting anything. I’ve got everything, I’ll just need to remember to transfer my makeup, perfume and boots into my other bag.

WI tomorrow. Dreading it. I’ve been super good this week but the scales aren’t reflecting it. At one point in the week I had put 2lbs on and was on the verge of giving in but my consultant was v helpful. She didn’t tell me to stop weighing (I explained to her my need for routine and weighing is part of my routine, I get anxious if I can’t) but she said try not to take it to heart. Hmmmmm…, easier said than done!

    *vent over* 😂

    Today’s menu:
Brunch:  Fakeaway ‘McMuffins’ 2 x wholemeal buns (HEXB + 10 for bun and spread) SW sausage patties, fried eggs, rocket and cheese slices (HEXA 2) decaf coffee with HEXA1 and 2 x tsps Sweet Freedom raspberry syrup (1)
D- Roasted sea bass with bacon and tomatoes, baby new potatoes, veg. Bliss Bar (4)
    S- Ringos (3)

    Syns- 18

    Night all xx

Morning all, supposed to be a nice sunny and warm day but it isn't so far!  It's very cloudy!  Have done a machine load and hung it out on the line so hopefully it will dry but there's not much breeze either.

I love sea bass @Mrs_Ryan - your dinner sounds amazing.

Will probably go shopping today as the new fridge for the motorhome is arriving tomorrow and that's when I usually go.  I don't need anything in Iceland so not missing out on the 10% discount!

    Today's plan:

    B - grapefruit with sprinkle of sweetener - S; F
L - toasted cheese sandwich, pickled onions, pickled beetroot, tomatoes from garden (they're finally starting to ripen!) - HEB; HEA2; S
    D - Cold gammon, chips, beans - P; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - shortbread finger 4.5

Will have the usual fruit and yoghurt this evening to up the Speed as it's a bit low today!

    Have a good day everyone.

Across the day, your Speed looks fine even without any fruit and yogurt @joedenise. I suppose it's because we rarely have dinner with no Speed. I feel the same when I'm having beans with breakfast. You can never have too much Speed! 😁

Started cloudy her too but now it's bright and warm. 🌞

We're having the last of the Morrison's fishcakes from the freezer today. They're 2 syns on the app but I suppose that's because of the cheddar so some of that will be written off as HEA. I will buy more next time I'm out that way.

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, bacon, eggs (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- cold pork (P), potatoes (F), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- fishcakes, SW chips, peas (F), carrot chips, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes mushrooms (S)
    Syns- fishcake 2

Change of plan for lunch!  DH had a cheese sandwich this morning and there wasn't not much cheese left so I had a tuna mayo sandwich with cucumber.  I still had some pickled onions and beetroot with it.

Have just made a jerk marinade for tomorrow night's dinner of jerk chicken so that's now in the fridge to marinade overnight.

Still haven't had the shortbread finger so may actually manage to save a few syns - unless of course I fancy one later with a cup of tea.  Had planned to have it with my morning coffee but decided against it.

Had to buy some decent sized potatoes to make chips tonight as only had new potatoes left.  Really looking forward to the gammon later as it was a really nice flavour.

I hope that everyone saw some sun at the weekend, we had a decent amount of sunshine and really warm at times.

I had not read here for 3 days, so there were lots of posts to catch up on. Congratulations to those that lost, commiseration for any gains.  I have had a few off days, and also some decent on plan ones, my scales this morning showed that I am back to the weight that would be O.K. for a STS on Tuesday evening, so fingers crossed.

Breakfast was the usual yogurt with several types of fruit and I am trying with some added Lizi's Granola for 6syns, lunch - sm slice plain WM toast, chicken, toms, pickles and m/rooms with 2 light cheese triangles added, was lovely.
supper some type of grilled sausage and large speed salad.

The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)

    Hi all,

I’m in the office today. Had a rubbish nights’ sleep courtesy of a snoring DH and them him stumbling around the bedroom in the wee small hours. Men!

Food today has been on plan but my steps are down as I didn’t get out at lunchtime. Too much to do here. I had overnight oats, freezer surprise (which was kosharry and very spicy) and some grapes for lunch. Will be staying late to help boss with something so will look forward to my hi fi bar on the way home. Dinner is beef and mushroom stroganoff.

DD is now home from uni for good and brought back 4 carrier bags laden with ambient goods. I have repurposed pasta, rice, flour, many spices and herbs, a gigantic jar of pickled gherkins (like the chippy would have) plus wine, whiskey, and rum. There are also several coffee sachets, but I won’t touch those!
