Well done on your loss @joedenise. 👏👏👏 It's a good feeling getting back into range.

And good for you getting a small loss despite the fall off the wagon @MrsRyan. 👍

STS is fine for maintaining at target @maddiemay. 😊

Thanks for the recipe @Coxy11. I buy the beef medallions in Aldi for doing HB steaks. They're good value and very lean.

I had some wine syns yesterday with my lunch but very few in my meal. I chose liver and bacon with onions, bubble and squeak and spring greens. Syns would only have been in a little gravy and any oil used for frying.

No proper lunch today as was out but snacked on a bit of ham and beetroot when I got back. Breakfast was porridge with strawberries and dinner corned beef hash and veg. Used half a tin of corned beef between the two of us. Definitely back on plan tomorrow. 😁

    Lovely stick @beanielou xx

Well it's a grey start here and we have rain today. I'm WFH thank the lord, so no frizzy hair for me :)

    Food will be:
    B - 1 x WM toast, poached egg, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes - 1/2 HEB, P, S
L - 2 x LM chorizo and red pepper sausages, pasta, parmesan, grapes - 2, free, HEA
D - SW sweet and sour chicken with rice noodles - free
    HEA - milk
1/2 HEB - hi fi bar
    Syns - pink n white 2.5 plus 2 = 4.5

I need to pop out at lunchtime and get skimmed milk, fruit and yoghurt as we are running low.

Morning all, it's horrible here!  Thunderstorms forecast for later but it's been raining on and off all night, it's quite heavy at the moment.  Wish we didn't need to go out but we do as we both have appointments this morning.  Really hope the rain eases off before we need to go out!

Lovely stick @beanielou - can't believe how expensive they are!

    Today's plan:

    B - stuffed mushroom - HEA2; S; F
L -Ryvita crackers, HM hummus, cucumber, tomatoes, carrot sticks - HEB; P; S; 1
    D - cottage pie, green veg - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - Ryvita

Syns - hummus (I only use 1 Tbs per can of chickpeas so it's probably nearer half per portion as it's 5 syns per Tbs and makes about 12-13 Tbs)

    Have a good day everyone.
